Best Decision Ever

Larry was recommended by a friend to handle our case, I met with him and highly recommend him to others. He was very thorough, professional and efficient in our almost 3 yr wait with the court system. He presented our case over a week to the jury and it turned out better than ever expected. I can sa...y with a smile, I have no regrets that Larry was on our side!

DUI to reckless driving

I decided to contact Larry Khon , based on his reviews and the fact that he specializes in DUI cases . I could of easily had chosen a different attorney that was half the cost , but that didn’t guarantee me any good results( I’m glad I didn’t do that). Larry from the beginning told me that he would n...ot accept a DUI conviction based on what I told him about my case over the phone . And he made me feel confident that I was in good hands, so I hired him to fight for me. He was able to get My DUI to a reckless driving in my first court appearance. He is not about the BS or sweet talking you into what he can do to help u . He is very straight forward with his plan and what he can do. Also another good thing is that I only had to speak once with his paralegal , all the communication was done by the man himself. I hope I don’t ever have to hire him as my Attorney. I think I learn my lesson, but he for sure will be recommended in my books .

Relieved and Grateful Parent!!

Larry Kohn is a top-notch defense attorney worth every penny of his retainer!!! Our son received a super speeder and reckless driving ticket one month before entering his freshman year of college. If convicted of the charges, we knew the consequences would be serious and detrimental to his future,... especially the next four or five years. He would not have been able to afford auto insurance, would not have qualified for any of the internships he was planning to apply for, and could have even faced jail time!! Needless to say, we immediately began looking for an experienced attorney with proven results. After researching and reading numerous online reviews, we eventually narrowed it down to 4 local attorneys/firms. Our son personally called each attorney on the list to ask some key questions in order to determine their depth of knowledge with cases similar to his, their experience, initial recommendations and fees. There was no comparison... it was obvious who he needed to hire! We scheduled a family meeting with Larry Kohn the next afternoon. Larry was personable, professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and most importantly...he and his firm had the track record to prove they were capable of negotiating a positive outcome for our son. Larry gave our son clear instructions and advice about what he needed to accomplish prior to appearing in court to improve his ability to negotiate. He offered him a payment plan for the retainer, and reassured us all, that while he could not promise a specific result, he was confident he would be able to reach an agreement with the prosecutor that we would be happy with. At Larry’s recommendation, our son promptly began a Defensive Driving course and attended a Teen Victim Impact Class. He moved into his dorm and started college a couple of weeks later. Over the course of the next two and a half years, our son continued to follow Larry’s advice, completing more than two-hundred hours of community service, attended college full-time, maintained a GPA between a 3.5 and 3.0, and worked on and off over summers and breaks. Throughout the process, Larry communicated personally with both our son and us via personal phone calls, texts and emails. At times he would just check in with our son to ask how he was doing, offer encouragement, and always made sure he knew what was happening and what to anticipate next. When it came time for our son to appear in court, Larry was prompt and prepared, made us feel at ease, and explained everything to make sure we all knew what to expect. We were beyond THRILLED with the result he negotiated for our son!!! ALL of his charges were completeky dismissed and he ended up not owing one more penny in fees or court costs!! We are confident it was the winning combination of Larry’s positive encouragement and wise advice to our son to do the things he knew would make a difference, his vast knowledge and experience with these types of charges, his calm and diligent negotiation skills, and his stellar reputation within the legal community that ultimately determined the outcome of our son’s case. Though we hope to NEVER need his services again, we would not hesitate to rehire him and highly recommend Larry Kohn to anyone in need of his particular set of skills!!!

Larry is a great attorney. He is relentless and goes above and beyond to help his client. He has done an amazing job to help my son recover rom the abyss of despair and I am forever grateful.

A Great Guy and a Fantastic Attorney!

I hired Larry after receiving a DUI after blowing a .128. I had never been in any trouble before but like so many others I began to Google and read everything I could find about all the possible outcomes for a 1st Offense DUI. I thought my world was about to come crashing down. The more I read the mo...re nervous and scared I became. Larry met with me the same day that I called seeking help which was greatly appreciated! After speaking with him I knew that he was the right Attorney for me! Trust me, all the reviews you read about how fantastic Larry is are completely true! Larry was so responsive that in many cases if you send him an email he responds within minutes! Anytime I had a question or concern, he was always willing to explain. Larry was straight forward about my case and laid everything out so it was easy to understand. Larry was able to get my DUI reduced to a Reckless Driving! I did not lose my license and I could not be happier with the outcome! The turnout could have been so much worse! Do yourself a favor and call him if you every need legal assistance! I am truly blessed to have found him! Larry is the Best!
