Doberman in court

I made a very stupid error. I was driving a car with an expired tag and forgot that I was still on probation from a DUI conviction in 1/2006. Illegal substances were found in the car and stupidly I tried to flee from the officer. I was charged with 2 felony counts and 2 misdemeanors and given no bo...nd. My wife first called the lawyer who had barely defended me in the 2006 case and he insisted on $5000 cash just to contact me. We both worked for a living and barely made it from one paycheck to the next. My wife was referred to Larry Kohn by one of my prior fellow employees. He came directly to the jail to consult with me on the same day my wife called him. After speaking with me, he contacted my wife with a payment plan that we could live with. When we went to court to cross examine the officer, Larry tore into him like a Doberman into a prime rib roast. With the plea that Larry arranged, I spent 3 months in Gwinnett County, am once again on 5 years probation with 6 months intense, will happily serve 96 hours of community service and was only charged with one felony count. Instead of being in prison, I am back home with my wife, looking for a new job, and knowing that I will NEVER do anything to get me into such a situation again. However, if I ever need a lawyer for anything again for the rest of my life, my first and only call will be to Larry Kohn, who I believe to be the best lawyer in the state of Georgia! Call Larry if you are in trouble with the law anywhere in Georgia.

best lawyer

Mr Kohn worked speedily and excellently and got the most favorable results we could imagine. I would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend him highly. Mr Kohn is by far the best lawyer I have ever used. He genuinely cares and it shows in his work.

Help from a tuff spot

Mr. Kohn really helped me out in a very tuff spot. While switching careers and dealing with this situation I had put myself into, it would have been very damaging for me. With the help of Mr. Kohn, who helped mute the problem,he explained the situation and options in such a form as to calm me down an...d help me understand everything that I could possibly do to help myself. And for that I am very grateful to him for that.

SIMPLY THE BEST

I was attempting to post bail for my son at the county jail, when an attorney nearby, personally concerned about my extreme distress, offered me his help and his business card. That attorney was Larry Kohn. Having experienced disappointing legal representation elsewhere in the past, I was relucta...nt to trust any attorney to represent my son on various alcohol-related charges. However, three days later, I placed a phone call to Larry Kohn, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He promised me reasonable fees and dedicated service, and he delivered exactly that. Larry's immense knowledge of the judicial system and his respected relationship with county officials, his relentless energy and his determination to follow through to a successful conclusion, saved my son from what I believe could have been significant legal consequences. One case was dismissed, and the second case was satisfactorily plea-bargained, and my son's record was kept clean of all charges! I've made some wrong decisions in the past, but hiring Larry Kohn was NOT one of them. Thank you, Larry, for being "simply the best."

Intelligent and convincing, Larry gets the best possible results

I was charged with DUI and the worst part, I refused the breath test. I scanned through all the DUI lawyers on the internet and believed in Larry after my initial free consultation, because he is the only one who said we do have some chance(remeber the refusal) though he didn't make any false promise...s.GUESS WHAT..? within 2 months from the date of the incident, my DUI got reduced to RECKLESS and the bigger part, NO LICENCE SUSPENSION even though I refused the breath test. Is any better result possible? I strongly recommend Larry for any DUI and you can be assured of the best possible result.
