3rd DUI arrest!!

Words can’t express my gratitude for having Attorney Kohn represent me in my 3rd DUI arrest. I first met him in 2017 for my 2nd DUI arrest when I was 22 years old. However, I wasn’t financially able to afford him as my attorney. Fast forward 8 years, and I found myself in a similar predicament, with... even more at stake. No other attorney came to mind except Larry Kohn. From our first phone call, I knew I wanted him to represent me. He didn’t make any promises and didn’t sugarcoat my situation not one time during the four months it took to resolve the case. He provided me with a detailed plan of action, outlining the steps I needed to take before going to court. On the day of court, he spoke with the prosecutor briefly and had me come out in the hallway to explain my situation. The plea deal I was facing, considering this being my 3rd DUI arrest, was a reduction in the DUI charge to reckless driving, 240 hours of community service, 20 hours of risk reduction, ASAM level 1, attendance at the MADD impact panel, an alcohol evaluation, and a fine of $1541. All of these tasks had been completed through his detailed plan of action I mentioned earlier. But the most significant aspect was that I avoided jail time and license suspension. In my area, a plea deal like this is unheard of for a 3rd DUI. Surprisingly, my 3rd DUI sentencing turned out to be better than my 2nd DUI sentencing. If you’re facing a stressful legal situation and feel like there’s no way out, please give Attorney Kohn a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Saved my life

I called the most prestigious Atlanta lawyers, but Larry provided instant relief to the anxiety I was facing in an upcoming legal battle. Let me tell you how he earned my trust: a) immediate personal call-back b) genuine counsel before hiring c) took us in made us feel like family d) didn't rush us, ...didn't try to get us off the phone or out the door e) genuinely cared for our well-being and health. Other lawyers' offices took days, weeks to reply. I was always dealing with a receptionist; not with Larry. I was relieved to be texting him and getting personal feedback instantaneously in the weeks leading up to my court date. Even my wife texted him at random late hours out of anxiety (i didn't know she did this until later and told her that's not courteous). He took the calls, responded promptly to texts himself, went the extra miles. ALWAYS on top of the ball, 2 steps ahead. Knows the prosecutors, judges, and pays his people bills. He charged the highest price out of all the top attorneys, but you get what you pay for which is worth every penny. I am not saying this as a bad thing: please read. If your life is on the line, and you need a way out, you're going to call this man. I later heard that he was mentored by Bubba Head who I now know to be the best attorney in Georgia. Look it up they work hand in hand in the same firm. Do your research. Larry saved my life. When the day of court showed up, I was in-and-out of court in 30 minutes. This is not an exaggeration-- I paid $10 in parking because it was less than 1 hour. In a court calendar of 50 people in the same timeslot, I was first up; my case was prepared; sealed on-the-spot in front of the judge; and charges were mitigated threefold. I was going to be serving 1 year, and as of this moment (court was this morning) I am a free man. My wife offered to buy him chocolates to celebrate as we walked out of the courtroom together, but he declined. The last thing I would like to add is that he also sealed a case of mine from 2007 which I had no idea was still outstanding. Just a nice-to-have that comes with having hired Him, a bonus perk-- that's WORLD-CLASS and like I said if you want the best, and I mean the best, God help you get this man now
