a most excellent experience

It is an honor to write a review for a gentleman such as Attorney Kohn! I am thrilled to have found someone so competent, kind, and outstanding in every way. He is a jewel of a human. Specifically, his professionalism as well as sincere caring for my well being gave me peace of mind and comfort durin...g the troubled times of legal difficulties. I was kept informed, which is so important to me. Attorney Kohn worked a bit of magic with his knowledge and skill set, resulting in an outcome so positive that i had not dared to even dream of. Best Lawyer out there

Larry has treated both myself and my family with the most respect from the very beginning. He responded to phone calls and emails immediately and was extremely flexible on being available to meet (often on the weekends). He is down-to-earth and honest but has a very reassuring voice and helped me u...nderstand my situation and explain what the possible outcomes were. He found a loophole in my case which I'm sure would have been missed by 99.9% of the other lawyers out there and was able to dismiss all charges. If you ever get in trouble, he is the person you want to talk to because if there is something that can be done to help you, he will do it!

DUI/Possession

In December of 2014, my 18 year old son was pulled over at night for not having his headlights on. The officer noted the odor of marijuana in his car and my son admitted to having smoked. Subsequently, he was charged with DUI less safe and DUI Drugs with Possession of less than an ounce of Marijuan...a and paraphernalia. He was taken to jail with charges totaling $8,000. Within 6 months, Mr. Kohn had all charges dismissed. My son will not have any mark on his license and no criminal record. There will be no record of his arrest. I was most impressed with Attorney Kohn's knowledge of the law and his thorough and frank discussion with my son at our first meeting. His services are the best investment we could have made. He is professional and compassionate and also instilled a since of responsibility in my son. We are forever grateful for all the hard work he put into my son's case and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking similar assistance.

Best Possible Outcome on a DUI Charge

I was convinced that a DUI conviction was a foregone conclusion because I registered a .159 Breathalyzer reading AND I freely admitted to the arresting officer that 'I'd had too much to drink and shouldn't be driving'. I even told the officer that I wasn't capable of doing the field sobriety tests. ...But attorney Larry Kohn proved to me that retaining an expert in in DUI defense is the best decision you can make to protect yourself against the legal system. Larry negotiated tirelessly with the prosecutor on my behalf, when I didn't believe there was anything to negotiate. I walked away with a reduced charge of reckless driving which saved my driver's license and most importantly kept a DUI conviction off of my record. Never assume that your case is a lost cause. Larry Kohn will be the first person I recommend if anyone I know is in need of a DUI defense. Thank you, Larry for believing when I didn't.
