Larry Kohn Fights for the Best Results

Larry is an amazing attorney! I was charged with a DUI Less Safe and Speeding. At that point, I was not aware that DUI Less Safe even existed. This was a delicate time in my life due to changing jobs, moving states, and working at a very skilled position. Larry contacted me on a Sunday night after ...I left a voice mail on a Sunday afternoon. He was quick to assure and calm my concerns. We met face to face the next week and I knew once meeting him he was the right person to represent me. Larry kept an open line of communication and informed of his progress on my case regularly. Larry suggested (in my case) to go ahead and perform the DUI Risk Reduction course and Drug & Alcohol Assessment before my court date. By the time my court date had arrived, I had looked at multiple DUI Less Safe results on the internet and that the best outcomes I had read were a reduction to Reckless Driving, plus Community Service, Fines, DUI Risk Reduction Class, Drug and Alcohol Assessment, and Probation. By the court date, Larry's skills as an attorney had produced a dismissal of the DUI Less Safe and a reduction in the Speeding to a Basic Road Violation. As part of the conditions, I had to complete the DUI Risk Reduction Course (completed prior to court date), the Drug and Alcohol Assessment (completed prior to court date), and $500 fine. NO DUI LESS SAFE, NO SPEEDING, NO PROBATION, NO COMMUNITY SERVICE. This result was better than I had even thought possible. I walked out of the court room, paid my fine and my case was closed. Larry handled every step of the process in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner. Larry is a direct and honest attorney that will not beat around the bush and will represent then fight to have the best outcome. And in my case, fight to have a better outcome than I even thought was possible.

2 DUIs in Fulton County

Two years ago I was charged with two DUI's in the time frame of six months. Larry is straight forward and knowledgeable. He was able to get my first DUI dismissed and my second was counted as my first lifetime DUI. I was preparing to deal with this for almost 5 years but now the headache is almost ov...er. I have already recommended him to a friend and really appreciated his help. He is a very respected lawyer which is apparent in the court room. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if you need the help.

Larry Kohn

My 19 year old son was arrested at his university for underage drinking and possessing a false ID. I immediately called Larry Kohn for counsel. Within minutes my call was returned. Mr. Kohn told me exactly what to do and spoke to my son later that evening telling him what his course of action shou...ld be. Two months later when our court came around we were fully prepared and knew exactly what to expect. Mr. Kohn made the best out of a bad situation. Hopefully, we will never need his services again, but if we do, Larry Kohn will be our first call.

2 duis and possession heroin

For my second dui, Larry got me out of at least 6 months in jail, And my dope charge, we are getting it completely dismissed and expunged, I am currently doing pre trial, which Larry negotiated with the courts for me, and shortly I'll be able to start interviewing for jobs again! :D
