Leaving the scene of an accident.

I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. I have used Larry before in a case and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. So I went back with this violation and we talked picked the route that sounded good for me and him. He kept me well informed throughout the whole case of what was b...eing done, very knowledgeable and professional while dealing with his cases. He got my charge of leaving the scene of an accident reduced to failure to maintain lane. Got to keep my license, kept a bigger charge off my record. I Would recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him. (Hopefully I won't have to though).

Exceeded all expectations!!

I live out of state and I was working in Atlanta when I was arrested for a DUI in Cobb County. I was not given a field sobriety test and I refused the breathalyzer at the police station and requested a blood test instead. I was never granted a blood test. After the arrest, my brother, who is an at...torney in Atlanta, insisted that I immediately call Larry Kohn to represent me. Larry specializes in DUI cases and he is known among other attorneys as "THE BEST" at his job. I met with Larry the day after my arrest extremely scared at what had happened to me. He quickly put me at ease and shared with me the process and the various outcomes that might happen. He took the time to learn about me, my background, and the arrest. I was so confident in Larry's experience, 'track record' with DUI cases, and the strong recommendation from my brother that I hired Larry on the spot. I work in sales and it is critical that I am able to drive for my career, so a DUI conviction would have dramatically impacted my career and future. Larry gave me a list of things to do prior to my court date to be proactive. Community service, detailed written account of the arrest, alcohol assessment evaluation, involvement in MADD program, etc... Being proactive with these items helped him show the court that that I took the situation seriously, and was committed to following through with the requirements. Larry was relentless in his efforts to get my charge reduced to Reckless Driving. I was scared that I was not going to be able to avoid the DUI conviction and that I would lose my job. Larry has an excellent reputation with prosecutors and judges and is highly respected. As a result of his tenacity, Larry was able to get my DUI charge reduced to Reckless Driving, AND my license was not suspended for refusing the breathalyzer. I was amazed that he obtained the result he did, and I am incredibly grateful for his persistence, hard work, and patience to not give up on my case. If you are in the unfortunate situation of having a DUI charge, DO NOT hesitate to hire Larry Kohn to represent you. The entire process has been costly and time consuming, but not having a DUI on my record is 100% worth it. Thank you Larry for saving my career!!

Hard to find a trustworthy Lawyer, What lawyer gives you a credit after you signed contract. Unheard...

Mr. Kohn, provided the best services you can receive from a lawyer. He went above his duty to address our issues in a proffesional and timely manner. Would be insame not hire him. He provided the peace of mind my family needed. Best of luck to him and his law firm.

Great Attorney!! Very Knowledgeable!!

I received a letter in the mail saying that my license had been suspended because of a super speeder ticket that Georgia DDS had received. However, I only had a normal speeding ticket so my license should not have been suspended. After making multiple phone calls to the court and other attorneys, Mr.... Kohn was able to assist me by offering advise and giving me suggestions on what I should do. After following his advice, I was able to sort out the mess and reinstate my license. On top of all of this, he provided me with these services for FREE! Mr. Kohn is a very understanding man and I would recommend him to anybody who is dealing with traffic issues in court.

Very trustworthy, made a promise to me years ago and came back to honor it!!!

This is my second post for Mr. Kohn. Mr. Kohn had been very down to earth from the start. He made the effort to explain everything at a level i can understand, and left me with the feeling that he would stop at nothing to do the best for me. When he represented me in 2003 for an offense that could... have had 45 year sentence attached to it(previous post), he told me when it was over we would come back to clear it all up. After completing everything the court had asked me to, and still on probation i had contacted Mr. Kohn about a possible termination of remaining sentence. Mr. Kohn again made me feel like I was a priority. Long story short, in 2014 everything has been cleared and i actually feel as if i have made a friend more than hired an attorney. I would recommend Larry Kohn to anyone.
