henry county

I blew a .218 in Henry County, one of the worst to do so. Mr Kohn instructed me as to what to do before our court date and I did as he said. He told me I would likely not get a restricted licence, honest, even though I did not want to hear that. The judge gave me driving priveledges because I follow...ed Mr. Kohn's instructions. He was very well prepared and spoken at our appearance. He returned my calls personally when I requested, almost immediatly. I would and will refer Mr. Kohn personally to any one I know. I once dispised lawyers, Mr. Kohn has completely changed that. A very hard worker and dedicated to his client. If not for Mr. Kohn, we would have lost everything. Thank you Larry.

Happy Client

Larry was sympathetic to my specific case and at the same time, honest. In the end, although I still need to finish my jail time, the DUI was kept off my record and I was charged with reckless driving. I have never been arrested in my entire life and I am over 50. It has been a very humbling exper...ience and Larry has helped me through the process. At the last moment, literally hours before my original scheduled jail time, I received a phone call from my boss that I needed to travel the next day. I faxed my probation officer and then called Larry, and he was able to get the jail time rescheduled in a matter of less than two hours. Most attorneys would not have responded so quickly. Reach out to him, if need be.

An Oustanding Attorney

Larry is an outstanding attorney, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. He was able to negotiate a reduced charge for my DUI offense with a very tough prosecutor, as well as ensure that I did not lose my driving license. All the required legal filings and appearances were managed superbly by ...his office. I chose Larry after interviewing several other attorneys because of his candor, straightforward nature, and commitment to helping me resolve my issue. He promised nothing and delivered an outcome that was much more desirable than a DUI conviction on my record.

DUI

Upon meeting him the day after my arrest, he immediately helped me understand the situation so that I could stop fearing the worst and move on with my life. He gave me a list of things I needed to do before trial and I was able to accomplish them in a timely manner to prepare for the trial. He rema...ined positive throughout the whole process.
