Excellent, thorough, responsive, EFFECTIVE, would 100% recommend

I am not one to write reviews, but Larry is someone I would recommend to anyone who needs a good attorney. My case was extremely challenging, but Larry was very strategic in his approach and knows the ins and outs of the system - which regardless if you are guilty or innocent, that is what you need ...- especially if things are not stacked in your favor legally. Due to Larry's attention to detail, his incredible ability to listen to and remember even the smallest detail (even if you think he is not listening), his understanding of the judicial landscape, locally as well as beyond, and his candid approach to my case, while keeping me abreast of the possible outcomes gave me comfort in an extremely stressful time of uncertainty. I would recommend Larry for anyone who finds themselves in legal trouble.

Determined, trustworthy, dependable and effective!

Many mistakes are made in the heat of the moment. A mistake was made by my husband which resulted in very serious charges against him. He was suddenly facing felony charges and we had no experience in criminal law since he'd never been in any legal trouble in the past. We called several lawyers who l...eft me uneasy with their pricing-first approach. When I spoke to Larry Kohn, he was genuine in his interest to help us. We set up an in-person consultation and spoke to him together and individually about the case and the event that brought us there. He advised my husband on things he could do to help himself, which definitely made a difference. Larry made a plan and worked the plan. He kept constant communication with us and was always honest and straightforward about what we were facing. Reaching him was never an issue since he does provide you with his cell phone number. Thanks to Larry and his co-counsel Ashleigh Merchant (who by the way is amazing too) the felony charges were dropped and there was only 1 misdemeanor charge. My husband went from facing jail time to being sentenced to only 12 months probation and a family violence program. Larry's hard work, determination, and effort were huge for our case. He genuinely cares for his clients and it shows in his results. We are so grateful for all he did to obtain an almost impossible outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Kohn, he gives you hope when you don't even feel it. Thank you for bringing some normalcy back to our family!!!

Criminal record expungement

I have unfortunately had the need to use several attorneys in the past 4 years in my criminal case and divorce with not much success. I reached out to Mr. Kohn to help me with trying to have my criminal record expunged. I have to say that he was the best legal decision I have ever made. Larry was ...very open about the process, kept updated every step and was tenacious (in a good way) with the folks in the Cobb Courts. He was able to deliver on what was promised, my record is now sealed and I can move forward with my life. Larry was no nonsense and did not sugar coat anything, those are what I consider great qualities in his profession!

The Little Dog Case!

I was referred to Larry Kohn from a friend of mine. I needed some legal advice and he steered me in the right direction. I did not have to pay him a dime for the advice so when I needed to call a lawyer for some very crazy charges against me, I reached out again to Larry Kohn and I’m so glade I did. ...Larry Kohn was straight up honest with me and said this is what it will cost you and I’m not certain I can win this case for you. I said I want you to represent me and again a very good decision on my part. Larry not only took the time to investigate every angle of the case he represented me and won the case for me. I knew it was a challenge for him and he gave me every opportunity to not take my money or the case. He was completely honest with me and I respected that. It turns out because of his investigation and time put into researching the case, previous cases and the law he won the case for me! Thank you, Larry, I would highly recommend Larry Kohn to represent! I know I will use him again if I need a layer!

Favorable Results

I hired Larry for a pretty complicated case. I had a lot of moving parts,and throughout the entire process Larry keep me updated. I got the results that I was looking for and I’m just glad to be done with this chapter of my life. Highly recommend Larry for any DUI cases.
