DUI

Trust goes a long way, especially when you have so much at risk. Larry Kohn was very clear upfront as to what I was facing and how he would proceed in handeling my case. Needless to say he delivered. Specifically, I was at risk of loosing my driving privileges and possibly incarceration due to a DUI ...arrest and refusing to take the breathlizer test. Thanks to Larry's efforts I ended up entering a plea for wreckless driving and maintained my driving privileges throughout the entire process.

Can't say enough good things.

I was lucky enough to have been referred to Larry Kohn earlier in life when my two teenagers needed a good bit of legal representation. Most of the cases handled by Larry (and there were quite a number of them in various counties in Georgia) were dismissed. He has handled shoplifting, drag racing, ...a DUI and more, and in each matter, I feel confident that the case could not have had a better outcome. He knows what he's doing and is just simply a great attorney - and a truly nice guy. He will always be our lawyer - wouldn't trust anyone else. I highly recommend him.

Caring Attorney- Results Oriented- Excellent Rating all Categories

Larry is an A+ attorney! He assisted us in a difficult criminal case. He was knowledgeable in the law, even current changes to the law that could have hurt us, had he not caught and fought to protect our interests. As goal oriented and results driven as he is to get the best outcome, he also has ...a heart and genuinely cares about his clients. Larry is responsive; he is NOT an attorney who takes your money and you never hear from again. He returned my calls, and kept us well informed about our case, answered questions about the legal proceedings, reviewed options, and even made proactive suggestions (ie: counseling, community service, letters, etc..) to ameliorate the damages of the felonies and misdemeanor charges. We utilized his legal services for a civil matter, as well as criminal charges. He supported our goals to make sure that college and scholarship options could be preserved and that education and rehabilitation was the appropriate solution rather than jail. Call Larry, for straight talk about your case, and realistic outcomes. I was glad to have Larry by our side guiding us through an overwhelming and emotional legal process. He was highly recommended to us, and I highly recommend Larry Kohn to you.

Larry Khon is 100% dedicated to the needs of his client

I was charged with suspected DUI, while searching online I saw Larry was highly rated, and I found out why. He was extremely responsive, easy going, and direct in regards to my case. He always kept me updated with the progress of the proceedings, took into account my time/busy schedule and worked aro...und it whenever possible to ensure I was still able to work without too much interruption. He is dedicated and responded quickly whenever I had questions or needed clarification. He worked with the prosecutor to get a great result settled, ultimately not guilty of DUI, but reckless driving, without having to go through a full trial. Without his legal knowledge I know my proceedings wouldn't have gone nearly as well. He even stepped in to help with a smaller traffic court proceeding that was unrelated to the original DUI case I was faced with. There is no doubt that Larry is a great lawyer, represents his client with 100% dedication, and I have no issue fully endorsing him with 100% confidence.

Not Guilty

I hired Larry two years ago and from the very beginning it was such a relief. I had heard through a friend that Larry was an excellent attorney and he was more than that. Larry will tell you what's going on upfront without any games being played, and at the same time, he is very confident and reassu...ring that things are going to be okay. He prolonged my case two years, knowing that we would have a better chance to win, and we ultimately did. I was found not guilty of DUI. The feeling of leaving the courthouse was one I'll never forget. I learned a very valuable lesson, but Larry made sure it didn't ruin my future. I would recommend Larry to family, friends, or anyone who is in need.
