Saved and Changed My Life

Just when I thought I made a mistake that would ruin the rest of my life, God showed told me to google lawyers and Mr. Kohn was the first name to come up. Skeptical I clicked and call not expecting much. But I was so wrong. This man went the extra mile to make sure my record would be saved. 1st Class DUI Defense Attorney

The day after I was arrested for DUI I was bailed out early the next morning and begin to contact Atlanta area DUI attorneys right away. The first person to return my call was Larry Kohn. He offered me to come in for a consultation the same day. I never needed to speak to anyone else. From the start ...Mr. Kohn showed a lot of tenacity and it was clear to me he was the best attorney for the job. Right away I was given clear instructions on how to handle my affairs and given clear instructions on how to proceed before my court date. Very straightforward from the start and was given a very resonable rate for his services. I was charged with Underage DUI and misdemeanor possession in Johns Creek. Mr. Kohn reviewed the evidence to see if I could be proven innocent which seemed unlikely, then advised me to take preemptive measures before I went to court to work out the best possible deal on my situation. The deal he was able to secure seemed to be a miracle. I was given community service, $1000 fine, madd impact panel, and risk reduction course and as soon as all was completed my probation would be non reporting with my license never being suspended. This all coming after I pled guilty to Reckless Driving which would be dropped after completing the terms of my probation. The drug charge would become a conditional discharge upon completion as well. Then 5 months into probation I had not completed any of the requirements which were past due and I failed a drug screen and found this out on my scheduled monthly probation appointment. My probation was revoked and I was given a court day early the next morning. Contacted Mr. Kohn once again and he answered while between a court appearance called back 20 mins later got me into a drug evaluation right away. I was given a treatment plan to take before the judge where the usual punishment is 30 days in jail. Mr. Kohn worked with my case officer to take a recommended deal before the judge that would help me to not lose my job and where I would got 3 weekends in jail at my schedule and a very reasonable treatment program to the appeal of the judge. I can not recommend Mr. Kohn highly enough working two miracles on my behalf and being very straightforward with no BS at every turn. He is the best Defence attorney for Drug/Alcohol related charges in Atlanta hands down.

Highly Recommended

I hired Larry after a DUI arrest in 2014 after a brief internet search. I can say that I lucked into a very fortunate situation in doing so. A consultation was hastily scheduled after contacting, and I was given a rundown of the basic approach for the case. Given the stressful nature of the situation... it was reassuring to have his guidance and insight. I can safely say the best possible outcome has occurred, after a long period of limbo. Nearly two and a half years after the incident the charges ended in a dismissal. I can without a doubt recommend Larry to anyone else who finds themselves in similar unfortunate circumstances. Don't kill your brain searching for good criminal lawyer. I would blindly recommend to hire #LARRY to save your Asses

Myself I am an international student graduated with masters degree and doing job in IT industry . I was charged with two traffic citations one is loitering and other is solicitition which I haven't done and which is very serious consideration in city court. Initially I was real scared watching the pr...esent situation of immigrants inside the country deporting for no reason , travel ban , tighting H1B visas , Deportation for immigrants if involved in criminal charges etc etc on top of this at the same time I was charged with above two citations now just imagin what amount of sacred I would be ? I am almost dead thinking all the time what if they deport me after all I spend millions on my master degree then later I decided to hire a lawyer . Here comes LARRY KOHN who is very professional in dealing criminal cases , he is very responsible , honesty , caring , you bet . He thinks from all corners ,he understands our situation, he thinks about our future and mainly he never cares about payment . He is very good in texting , calling back , showing clarity , Finally I don't know what wonder he pulled out but he made my cases dismissed for just 30 days house confinement and 1000$ fine .
