GAVE ME A SECOND CHANCE!

After moving to Ga to help start a new company, I made a mistake and got arrested for a DUI. After talking to a couple lawyers Lawrence Kohn (Larry) was the only attorney that sounded like he was willing to fight for me and help me get this off my record. Every other lawyer told me I was screwed and ...the problem was that they were right! I decided to hire Larry as my attorney. He sat down with me that day, we went over the whole case, and he told me what I needed to do and how to do it. I followed his advice and did everything i needed to do to get my license back as soon as possible and everything else he took care of for me. With everything I had going on at once working long hours, DUI school, moving into my new house, Larry really helped to make this as easy as possible and he took care of everything for me and always kept me informed with what was going on. Roughly 11 months later we went to court and Larry presented our case. His knowledge of the law and of the court system greatly helped our case. He caught the defense off guard and as a result the judge sided for us but also gave the state more time to review the evidence. At this time I was a little worried that they extended the case for even longer but I knew that Larry was fighting for me. I think his exact words were "I'm doing everything I can, were gonna go down swinging." Two months later we went back to court for a second time and Larry was there again fighting for me and got my DUI dropped to reckless driving. I couldn't be more happy with the results. For me it wasn't about the money it was about keeping the DUI off of my record and not letting one mistake ruin my future. Larry did that for me I would recommend him to anybody who needs a good trustworthy attorney to represent them!

Lawrence Kohn is An Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney

Following our son’s arrest on multiple drug charges, Larry Kohn performed more than a minor miracle in getting him accepted into a drug diversion program, which ended in the charges against him being dropped. We could not have hoped for more. Our son will now be going to college when it’s possible he... could have been going to prison. Larry is an excellent lawyer and well respected in Atlanta in the field of criminal law. He is knowledgeable, well-spoken, likeable and has many important contacts. I believe it was the combination of these that brought us such a favorable outcome. Larry had come very highly recommended to us from other attorneys, friends of ours. If you need a great criminal defense attorney, I don’t think you’ll do better than giving Lawrence Kohn a call.

My son has been given a second chance thanks to Larry Kohn

After my son was arrested for a 2nd drug-related offense within a 5-month period (and while having been on probation already for 2-1/2 years), I called Larry Kohn in August and received a call back within one minute. He managed to fit me in for an appointment that same day. When Larry looked over m...y son's case and recommended a course of action for these 2 cases plus dealing with his probation violation, I knew immediately that I wanted Larry to take the case. He worked out a payment plan with me for which I was very grateful. Larry visited my son in jail to gather the facts and spent some time getting to know him. Larry then recommended a good addiction counselor and advised my son to get an addiction evaluation, which he did. Case #2 was postponed a couple of times, but eventually the evidence we were waiting on came through, and Larry Kohn managed to get the case dismissed in September. Turning his attention to case #1, Larry worked out a plan for my son to attend a long-term rehab facility (which he desperately needed) while waiting for case #1 to be heard. Finally, in January Larry Kohn managed to get the charge for case #1 dismissed. In addition, my son was facing a felony on his record because of his probation violation, but Larry put forward reasoning why my son should keep his first offender status, and the Judge agreed!!! I felt from the beginning that Larry Kohn was the best attorney for my son, but I never could have imagined such a great outcome. My son is now healthy, and he is very grateful for this chance to start afresh without a felony on his record. I really cannot thank Larry Kohn enough, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance.

Job well done!!!!!

Larry was recommended by our trusted friend. As practice physician, I had make one of worst mistake of my life. Larry used his knowledge and skill to get me back on my feet and able to continue practice medicine. As your friend, I strongly recommend Larry as your next lawyer to defend your case.

An excellent, strong and extremely helpful lawyer

I had DUI in Forsyth County, GA - my first and only DUI offense. I was really tensed during that time. I consulted quite a few lawyers for help. Before meeting Larry, I knew he is considered to be one of the best in the business, and after meeting him, I exactly knew why. When I met him, he listened... to me very carefully, went through each and every details I provided, and after evaluating them, he told me the specifics - how he'll handle the case, and results went exactly the same way. My case was dismissed - - exactly how he told me (which no other lawyer told me so) - - and put me in the position - so that I can move forward without looking at DUI chapter of my life. Coming to Larry was THE BEST decision I made, and I would strongly recommend Larry for assistance in GA.
