A really great attorney!

Michael Haber is responsive. He is extremely knowledgeable. He has helped me or others I know and we have always been satisfied. He knows and understands the the local state and federal court systems. If you are looking for a criminal defense or other type of lawyer I recommend calling Michael Haber

DUI Defense

Mr. Haber was 10's across the board. His knowledge of the south Florida court system allowed for a speedy and positive outcome from a very bad situation I had gotten myself into. He took the time to explain in depth all of my options as well a potential outcomes, which allowed me to decide the optima...l strategy and prepare myself for the consequences of my arrest. He was always available for any questions and took a personal interest in making sure I was as knowledgable of the pending charges as possible. I would highly recommend Mr. Haber for criminal defense!

A passionate, smart, and highly skilled client advocate

I've known Michael for 25 years. I've found his passionate advocacy, intensity, broad knowledge base and razor sharp legal insights to be considerable assets. His ever-present wry grin and humorous twists on things lighten otherwise anxious or difficult situations. Of particular note is Michae...l's matter-of-fact communication style. He neither panders nor sugar-coats. Rather, he sticks to the facts of a situation, presents available options, and honestly advises clients of their need to accept responsibility for their behaviors, but with sensitivity to the client's emotional state. This is a rare mix. I have several different lawyers on speed dial for various specializations of law - business, real estate, tax, estate, etc. Michael is my go-to-guy for any and all criminal defense issues. In short, I personally and highly recommend Michael Haber for all criminal defense representation.

Honest and Straightforward Response

Mr. Haber provided the most frank and honest response to my question, while still including relevant legal guidance. My question was a bit of a legal conundrum, but Mr. Haber did not gloss it over or give me false assurances. He put me in contact with his firm where I was given direct attention and a... timely consultation.

Early Conversion Community Control Case

Hired Mr.Haber based off of his excellent reviews to convert the remaining of my CC sentence to reporting probation. He was stright foward to the point, honest and able to handle any objections well. Tyvm Carmelo. Handling your conversion / modification was a pleasure. For 25+ years years I've been providing creative, effective and zealous advocacy and counsel in cases ranging from DUI to drug trafficking and from misdemeanors to first degree murder. Of the many things that I've learned during the course of my career, one the most important is to always have a contingency plan, as we did in your case. We failed to achieve the primary objective (which we knew was likely going into it) but we had a solid back-up plan, and so we walked away with a livable compromise.
