NO OTHER ATTORNEY LIKE MIKE!
My girlfriend already knew Mike and what she calls the (Miracle work attorney or 5 star service on call attorney). I was being charged for the first time in my life with two felonies. I had no idea what was about to happen and frankly although my girlfriend spoke so highly of him; Reality was that i ...
Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your kind words (#HaberPA's 161st Client Review on AVVO). Cases don't always work out in the end as well as yours did, but what is consistent is my honest assessment and discussion of the facts and circumstances with the client, which result in an agreed and realistic "litigation objective", and then painstaking effort at realizing our goal. Whether it's by trial (a "not guilty" verdict), motion (suppression of evidence, outright dismissal or a departure), fortune / luck (missing witnesses, lost evidence, time deadlines, etc) or, as in your case, through basic, hard fought pre-Arraignment discussions with the State, I will take the win on my client's behalf however I can lawfully earn it (including taking advantage of loopholes and exploiting technicalities to the client's benefit, provided that it is ethical to do so). You say that "There are no words to express the gratitude I have for Mike" (and I thank you), but there are, you have written and posted them for the cyber-world to see and I am as grateful to you as you are to me. Symbiosis, mutual respect and an attorney-client relationship which is now a friendship. So, you are most welcome and thank you... for trusting me with your liberty, for your positive recommendation and for our relationship going forward. Remember, at #HaberPA "it's all about reasonable doubt!" Earnestly, MAH/Esq.

What an AMAZING attorney!
Michael Haber was contracted by my family to help my brother in his case. Michael from the moment of connecting made sure to explain answers thoroughly and made sure to always answer his calls and text. Not to mention he picked up the phone on a Sunday afternoon!!! Michael always made sure to keep us...
Dear Erika, Thank you very much for your kind words (#HaberPA's 160th Client Review on AVVO) and congratulations on your brother's hard-fought victory! While I go to great efforts and take significant pride in both making myself available and being responsive to those who contact me seeking information as well as those who have actually retained #HaberPA, I absolutely love to hear that my YouTube channel (MichaelHaberLaw) factors into the equation. At present #HaberPA's VideoFAQ contains 258 short (approximately 2 minutes each), informative, educational and hopefully entertaining videos on various aspects of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, DUI, BUI and Domestic Violence Defense, as well as Victim Rights Advocacy, Seal & Expunge and Evidence issues... and I am always scripting more. Your describing my videos as "friendly" absolutely warms my heart, nearly as much as knowing that my skill assisted your brother in being a free man. Thank you again for your heartfelt client review #160. Wishing you and yours all the best. Gratefully, MAH/Esq.

Top Quality Attoney
On November 27th, 2017 my life turned for the worse my boyfriend of five years got arrested for armed robbery. The victim claimed it was an “armed robbery” but, I knew something wasn’t right. To make a long story short, Mike Haber and his partner, Marc Morris gave us the best legal service through ed...
Dear Natalie, I cannot tell you how happy I am for you and your Beau (our client). As a criminal defense lawyer there is nothing that is more satisfying than hearing the Clerk read the words "not guilty" off of a verdict form (not even reading such a flattering after-the-fact client review - #HaberPA's 159th on AVVO, although the look on your face when he unexpectedly walked up behind you as you and I were chatting was priceless...). This was a BS case from the start. In this case the cops got it dead wrong (pathetically piss poor police work coupled with an "easy way out" arrest of a guy who was on felony probation) and the victim was a lying POS (both absolute facts) and if your Beau had not been on felony probation at the time of his arrest then he would not have spent any pre-trial time in jail. But he was on felony probation and so he was held without bond. Also, because it was an armed robbery arrest (which was ultimately filed by the State as a strong armed robbery - the difference being possible life in prison vs. 5 years of exposure), it took some time to gear the case up and get it to trial and a concurrent VOP hearing. But in the end justice was served, your beau was acquitted and now he's home, a free man who is no longer on probation. One unique thing that I have not seen in my career was the unbelievable speed with which your Beau was released from custody. After the verdict (and when the family had left) I was in the courthouse for about 10 minutes speaking with court personnel (feedback from Clerks, Corrections and Court Reporters is invaluable, even after 27 years it always helps me to be a better and more effective litigator) and as I was walking out of the building there he was, walking toward me. At first I didn't even recognize him (he was strutting through the lobby in shorts and a white t-shirt and was the last person that I expected to see - processing and release usually takes a little while, not inside of 15 minutes) but when I did we decided that it would be the most wonderful surprise ever for me to arrange to meet you and occupy your attention while he stealthily approached from behind (... nailed it). I wish I could have video taped that moment (which was impossible without cluing you in), but I'm satisfied to have it burned into my memory. Thank you again for your kind review, and mostly for your leap of faith in affording #HaberPA the privilege of securing your loved one's freedom. Congratulations and best wishes for a happy future! Elatedly --> MAH/Esq

Fast and on time expungemen Attorney
If awards can be issued to expungement Attorneys, Michael Haber should be awarded one. This process is extremely complex in the state of Florida. But Michael has a system that streamlines everything, and I did it all from over 2000 miles away. If your in the middle of doing some research for someone ...
Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for your kind Client Review (# 157 for #HaberPA). Seal and Expungement work is, admittedly, not terribly complex (well, not like rocket science / NASA complex anyhow) but it certainly is detail-oriented, painstaking and time consuming. Fortunately for the client it can be done remotely (entirely by e-mail, snail mail and without any court appearances), and all that is need from afar is a little faith and patience. That said I am absolutely elated that you were happy with #HaberPA's service and I am even more jubilant at your would-be gift of 100 stars. You rock. Thanks again and take care. Fondly, MAH/Esq.

Excellent attorney
Hi. My husband was convicted of drug trafficking in FL in 2012. After he got out of prison we moved to a different State. He got his driver license and we were all fine up until a few weeks ago when they wouldn't renew his license because Fl had a $38,000 hold against him from fines and costs from...
Dear Anonymous, Thank you so much for your detailed and heartfelt Client Review (#HaberPA's 158th on AVVO). I don't pat myself on the back too often but as it turned out your husband's was a challenging case that wound up with an excellent result. It was difficult in that you had a dead line (needing immediate relief) and that I therefore had to rely upon my ability to juggle, work with and to some degree manipulate 3 separate entities: A) the Clerk of Court's Office - which I needed to be amenable, competent and cooperative, B) the Court - which I needed to display good will by invoking and using it's discretionary power for rapid equitable relief and C) FL-DMV - a traditionally impersonal and rigid entity with an unfriendly maze of endless bureaucracy. In the end (which was less than 2 weeks from the time of your initial contact) we were successful. Your family saved nearly 30%, your husband got his driver license back and my faith in the system "doing the right thing" was reinvigorated (believe me, when you do what I do daily, sadly you don't see this sort of result often enough). In this case Harvey Ruvin's Office (our Clerk of Court) was spectacular in it's assistance and efficiency, Judge Martin Zilber was exceptional in his understanding and willingness to ease your family's suffering and even DMV cut us great slack in letting me sneak into a line without an appointment to clear your hold and reinstate your driving privilege (so that your home State could be notified that FL was satisfied and you could get the DL that you sought). When my son was younger he used to watch a cartoon called "The Wonder Pets" and their theme was "what's gonna work... teamwork"; well that's what happened here. And as you now know there's plenty of thanks to go around, the greatest of which come from me to you; first for your leap of faith in hiring #HaberPA and permitting me the privilege of being of service and second for your awesome review. Congrats to your husband, best of luck to your family and thanks again for your kind time and effort. Earnestly, MAH/Esq.
