Con mucho gusto Enrique. I answer a lot of questions on AVVO (22,676 at last count) and I field more AVVO generated emails and phone calls than I care to count (noting that A) people contact me at all times and on all days - in fact I got a call at 10:45 pm from Jacksonville last - Sunday - night and B) that more than 95% of the contacts are not even potential clients for #HaberPA), but all the effort is made entirely worthwhile when I get rare feedback like yours. While you are the 165th person to leave an AVVO Client Review for #HaberPA and to comment on either my access, availability and communication with the client or my experience, knowledge and skill, admittedly, I'm not always praised for my "temperament and demeanor", and so for that I am also in your debt. In your case, perhaps this was because your "low" was my professional par (or maybe I'm just a softie at heart under an otherwise gruff interior... :-). Regardless, you religiously followed my two golden rules of representation ( 1) Do what you are supposed to do, when and how you are supposed to do it and 2) Do not do anything that you are not supposed to do) and, with a sprinkle of luck (from an inexperienced Assistant State Attorney who was neither prepared nor adequately skilled), your case broke entirely in our favor (and precisely as I predicted when we first spoke on that fateful Saturday morning).
