The Best
Even though I was in a tough circumstance, he was able to communicate a sense of calm. Clearly outlined my options and walked me down the best one. This lawyer also seemed to know everyone in the courthouse.. Judges to secretaries.. The outcome was never in doubt, and it was a very positive one I may...
Dear Unnamed Former Client, I can't speak directly to either you or to your case because, frankly, I'm not sure who you are, but generically I can, and I will, express my deep and sincere gratitude for your having taken the time to author and publish #HaberPA's 176th AVVO Client Review. Sharing your observations and impressions with the folks is the best "thank you" that I can hope to receive, and yours is greatly appreciated. So please accept my heartfelt "thanks" as well as my best wishes to you and yours for the holiday season and upcoming new year! Gratefully, MAH/Esq.

Successful case! Great job!!
I hired Michael for my case, which was not that easy to handle, however throughout the whole process Michael was very professional and available at all times. He is a true winner, he got our case dismissed and did his job at 101% ! I would recommend him to anyone seeking help, his expertise will am...
Dear Mikhail, Thank you for taking the time to author #HaberPA's 175th AVVO Client Review. After reviewing the probable cause statement in your case and then fully vetting it with you I suggested an avenue of attack that proved true, and so as to my legal acumen I happily accept your props. However, your steadfast support and unwaivering loyalty to my plan (not to fail to mention your leap of faith in hiring and trusting #HaberPA with your liberty) is what made success possible, so you deserve at least 1/2 the credit for our victory. I'm elated that we were able to wrap this thing up with a proverbial bow before X-Mas and New Year, giving you closure and a fresh start for 2019. Wishing you and yours all of the best! Fondly, MAH/Esq.

Hard working and loyal
Michael Haber together with Marc Morris has worked very hard on a very difficult case for my husband. I cannot thank you enough for the services that you have rendered on our behalf. I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to you for all the care and concern. Thank you for always keeping me i...
Dear Denise, Thank you so very much for your heartfelt words (a/k/a #HaberPA's 174th AVVO Client Review), for your leap of faith in hiring #HaberPA and permitting us to serve as your attorneys and for the privilege of having been able to earn your recommendation. I have used / use various taglines (including but not limited to "At #HaberPA it's all about reasonable doubt", "#HaberPA: From traffic to trafficking" and "#HaberPA... 24-7-365, 360°") but you may have inadvertently inspired my next tagline: "#HaberPA: Winning cases by critical analysis of every detail since 1991"... or something like that. :-) Again, please accept my gratitude and best wishes for a happy and healthy holiday season. Warmest regards. MAH/Esq

Quick response and Helpful
I asked a question in regards to my loved ones case and Mr. Haber responded very quickly and unfortunately was not able to help as he informed that my issue required an appellate attorney. He went as far as to recommend me one. Awesome. Thank you Mr. Haber.
Dear Elizabeth, Thank you so very much for taking the time to author your kind review. I have answered more than 25,000 questions on AVVO, accordingly I field an absolutely re-donk-u-lous amount of follow-up emails and phone calls, and while I hope (and maybe even kinda expect) client reviews from folks with whom I have built a solid attorney-client relationship over time, when they come from someone who simply asked a question on AVVO and merely followed up with an email or phone call, well in those cases I neither presume nor suppose to receive any public feedback... making yours (#HaberPA's 173rd Client Review) all that more prestigious and special to me. So thanks, danke, gracias and merci... I am much obliged. Wishing you and yours a happy and a healthy holiday season. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Peace of Mind!
In the midst of what, for our family was a truly troubling time, I hired Michael to represent my sister to fight a serious felony charge, that if convicted would impact her life forever, specifically diminish her relationship with her 8 month old baby because of jail time and end her career that she ...
“Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for your incredible and comprehensive summary (i.e. #HaberPA's AVVO Client Review #172). Until today I had thought that #170 was our apogee but then you posted this and, well, I guess that I'm either on a run of representing highly literate clients or I've stepped up my game. :-) In all seriousness, thank you, truly and humbly, but please give yourself (and your mom) credit as well, for I could not possibly have accomplished what I did for your sister without the two of you being actively involved. You came to me the day after arrest / booking and told me that the cops had falsely arrested your sister. Our goal was to convince the State NOT to file charges, and we had a 3 week window before Arraignment to do so (ultimately, working with the State Attorney we extended that window an additional 2 weeks). After arming me with facts that were not contained in the Arrest Affidavit (the arresting officers were operating on partial - about 25% - and entirely -100% - one-sided information) you then equipped me with the tools that I needed (you retained my PI and cooperated by providing sworn affidavits) so as to gather the proof requisite to achieving our objective... and so we did... but it was a group effort. Those 2 beautiful words "No Action" (meaning that the case is dismissed before it is formally filed) will echo for a while. I cannot - no one can - undo the fact that your sister was arrested but, thanks to her family, substantial justice was achieved on her behalf. I don't know that my words are quite as eloquent or meaningful as yours, but I truly and wholeheartedly thank you for your leap of faith, your steadfast assistance and also for #HaberPA's AVVO Client Review #172. Gratefully, MAH/Esq.”
