Attorney Mike Haber is one of a kind.
After hiring a lawyer who turned out to be unfit for my case, I turned to AVVO and searched for a lawyer with many positive reviews. That's when I came across Mike Haber. After watching his YouTube videos, I decided to give him a call. We met on a Saturday right outside his sons Karate school. Af...
Dear Brandon, That was an epic review. You hit so many salient points but I want to touch on one in particular (with a brief shout out on another at the end): Over the years I have inherited more and more cases from clients who have been victimized by their alleged legal counsel. While I always give 100% to my clientele (for instance, not unlike an old school family doctor, I am more than happy to arrange to meet you STAT - be it on a Saturday outside of my son's Kung Fu classes, or at Dunkin Donuts or at your home or your place of work or pretty much anywhere, anytime that's mutually convenient) I go even further, trying to give 110% to those clients who have hired me after firing a a snake oil salesmen in a suit who shafted them during a pending criminal prosecution. It is unfortunate that my time honored profession is now riddled with so many folks who make used car salesmen look good (some being experts at little more than creating bogus profiles which inaccurately depict themselves as being elite, others who once were something but no longer put forth the time and effort to be effective and then, sadly, there are simply incompetent counsel who's only contribution to a case is collecting a retainer fee) but I am - #HaberPA is - always happy to serve as a clean up batter, slugging and slamming an otherwise botched case back into contention. You had that experience and I am thrilled to have been both given the honor and opportunity to, and then to actually have been able to, responsibly resolve your case in such as way as to leave you a most satisfied customer. The other thing is that I wanted to mention is to thank you for the props on #HaberPA's VideoFAQ / YouTube Webisode channel (which you can see and subscribe to at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/c/michaelhaberlaw ). At present we have 222 Criminal Defense, DUI, BUI, Domestic Violence, Crime Victim's Rights and Seal & Expunge VideoFAQ / Webisodes, each of which I hope is informative, entertaining and brief - about 2 minutes long - and I am constantly scripting and filming more. Knowing that these factored into your decision to retain #HaberPA is beyond heartwarming. Thank you again for your kind review. Best wishes (and Happy Thanksgiving) to you and yours! Fondly, MAH/Esq

Excellent
Mr. Haber, went into a extremely detailed, time consuming reply and answer. I couldn't ask for better!
Dear Greg, Thank you for your kind time, effort and energy in authoring a 5-star client review. You are the 140th person to do so for me. While I greatly appreciate each and every one it's especially heartwarming to read praise from someone that I do not have a true relationship with, having only spent moments (maybe an hour) answering a question on AVVO and then following up by way of e-mails and a phone call. Usually I earn a review after weeks, months (sadly) sometimes years of working together toward a common end. Still, like my mother taught me, it's the little things that matter most, and so I am happy to take the time to explain things, to provide guidance and to offer an opinion when I can, even if it does not result in being retained. Thanking you again and wishing you and yours the best of luck and success. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Helpful (and relieving) advice!
Mr Haber answered some questions I had about civil citations and cleared things up for me. Very helpful as I am not familiar with legal proceedings like this. Thank you again!
Dear Anonymous, Thank you very kindly for your surprising review. I have no idea who you are but I am elated that A) I was able to clear things up for you and B) that I was helpful enough for you to have taken the time and spent the effort to tell others about your experience with and impression of #HaberPA. I answer a lot of questions on AVVO (16,691 to date) and unsolicited reviews (yours being a perfect example) are the highest form of flattery. AVVO also generates plenty of phone calls and emails, both of which I strive to respond to just as I would were questions posed in the form of an on-line question. Whether you are in SoFlo or not, if you have a Criminal Defense, DUI, BUI, Domestic Violence, Crime Victim's Rights or a Seal & Expunge question, then I always want to be helpful and I will take the time to at least try. That is one of the main reasons why #HaberPA is a "boutique" (i.e. "a small company that offers highly specialized services") law firm. As an aside, #HaberPA's VideoFAQ (https://www.youtube.com/c/michaelhaberlaw) presently has 222 short, creative, educational and interesting Criminal Defense, DUI, BUI, Domestic Violence, Victim's Rights Advocacy and Seal & Expunge YouTube "Webisodes" which I hope that that you will one day watch and then consider further honoring me with your subscription. Thanking you again and wishing you and yours the best of luck and success. Fondly, MAH/Esq”

Great advice!
Great advice! Very smart and professional. Thank you!
Thank you very kindly for you strong and concise review Alexandra. I hate to admit that I have no idea who you are, what we discussed or what advise I may have offered to you, but I am absolutely thrilled that you were impressed enough by me to have taken the time and the initiative to share your positive experience with the folks! Even when it comes to random phone calls, emails and (my personal favorite...) comments on any of my 222 short, creative, educational and interesting Criminal Defense, DUI, BUI, Domestic Violence, Victim's Rights Advocacy and Seal & Expunge VideoFAQs on my YouTube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/c/michaelhaberlaw ) I always effort at being helpful, and I strive to take the time to do so. That is one of the main reasons why #HaberPA is a "boutique" (i.e. "a small company that offers highly specialized services") law firm. Thanking you again and wishing you and yours the best of luck and success. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Successful Outcome -- Criminal Case
From the moment I called Michael Haber, I knew he was an attorney who would help me successfully navigate this incredibly difficult time. My first call to him was very late at night on a weekday. He not only answered the call, he provided me with information and helped ease my worry. The second phone...
Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for your kind words. Please know that I very much appreciate your telling the folks who may read this (my 137th AVVO client review) about your positive experience with #HaberPA. Acknowledging that I cannot always be "Johnny-on-the-spot", I consistently do my best to field calls and offer sage advise and counsel in moments of crisis. Whether it's at the time or shortly thereafter (i.e. in response to a voicemail, text message or even a missed call), when you contact #HaberPA you will speak to me directly. I will then do my very best to educate myself about your situation so as to be able to engage in a meaningful discussion with you and then, hopefully, be able to ease your mind (although I will always tell it like it is and will not "blow sunshine up your pant leg"). Wishing you and yours the best of health, luck and success, and thanking you again for your +++ feedback! Fondly, MAH/Esq
