I received my expungement letter from the local court today, about a year after being charged with DUI. The process went down exactly how Richard told me it would during one of our initial phone conversations. I completed ARD in just six months, had no job repercussions, and the state medical board ...chose not to pursue action against my license regarding this first offense. In three more months, the ignition interlock will be removed from my car and this will all be behind me.
