First I would like to say that at a time when I had little hope and was being pressured by the board to join PDMP even without a DUI conviction Richard alone offered me hope. But let me say he did not just offer hope, he delivered results. Initially I went through a board review that Richard helped... me navigate flawlessly. He was a rock when I needed it.
