I am a registered nurse, and was charged with a first time DUI last May. I am so glad that I found Richard Hark: When I received a letter informing me that I was being investigated for a complaint against my nursing license. I was nervous, scared, apprehensive, and also ready to do everything they wanted me to do in the letter. Because I knew I hadn’t done anything w...rong and was ready to do everything they asked to prove my innocence. My mother went online and looked up PA licensing attorneys and came across Richard’s name and read his blog about licensing issues and how the investigators try to trick you into doing and saying things you shouldn’t to try to prove your innocence. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the State Board of Nursing, the PNAP, and the things the investigators will say and do to get you to incriminate yourself whether you’ve done anything wrong or not. I could not have done this without him and I encourage anyone thinking about doing this without a lawyer to think again.
