Scared nurse

I help everyone manage the PHMP process, fight being forced in to the program, or handle the criminal cases that result in possible disciplinary cases to avoid the program. Replied last June 09, 2020Priscilla’s criminal charges should never have been filed. The Pennsylvania State Trooper guessed, made things up, and simply did not care about this health care professional working excessive hours. With no proof of any impairment, just long hours and being tired at work, he charged her with a carrier ending criminal charge. Once a real attorney got involved, along with my proof of work and job status all charges were dismissed. The Blair County District Attorney’s office got things straight and Priscilla can continue to work. Thanks for letting me help Priscilla.
