Thank you!

Mr Hark is extremely knowledgeable when handling situations with the PA board of nursing. I graduated and was completely unprepared to receive letters threatening the license I didn't yet have. Thankfully we found Mr. Hark online and after reading his blog and reading horror stories from other nurses..., I hired him. He was right about everything and guided me through the process seamlessly. Times were very stressful, and talking with Mr Hark gave me confidence in his abilities to resolve my situation and reduced the anxiety surrounding it. Do not deal with the board alone, hire Mr Hark, he will help protect your license. He came through for me and now I'm a registered nurse!! I cannot offer enough thanks!!

Best outcome possible

I am an lpn in Pennsylvania and I’m great at what I do. Due to a moments lapse in judgement I received a DUI and thought that my career was over. Although my DUI was completely separate from the work I do as nurse the program the nursing board wanted me to go through was extensive, humiliating and ...costly. I had made the decision to do their program because I thought it was the only option I had that would allow me to retain my license. Before I committed to the program I came across reviews online and could not find a SINGLE review that gave credence to the programs success. Instead I found horror stories of people who had to deal with not being able to work for years, while paying out of pocket for the extensive monitoring, lab work and constraints placed on them. In one of those reviews I came across a comment concerning the help that Mr. Hark had provided someone in a similar situation as mine. After speaking with him I made my decision and hired him. Mr Hark was patient, confident and knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the process. The nursing board dropped all inquiries and decided against a formal complaint. During the time that this was in the process, I retained my right to work which helped to reduce the stress of an already stressful situation. My name will not be permanently placed on a website that can be accessed by the world, and I can think about furthering my education within the nursing field. For a period of time I thought that none of that was possible but with Mr. Hark’s assistance it was a reality. I highly recommend before anyone in this situation signs any papers or agrees to any program recommended by the nursing board they speak with Mr. Hark’s office. I don’t know that I would be a nurse today if I hadn’t.

Simply Amazing

Amazing!!!!Amazing!!!! Amazing. Words cannot explain how grateful I am to have contacted attorney hark in dealing with the boards. He is very professional, knowledgeable and in my opinion goes above and beyond to make sure you are represented well. He explained every process and was incredibly patien...t with me. I genuinely felt he had my best interest and he was going to do everything in his power to help me. He always returned my calls even on weekends just to answer whatever questions I had. Things can easily spiral out of control when you don't have proper representation. Retaining a great attorney is essential. All my friends and family have heard about how great Richard Hark and his office is. Retaining him was the best decision I made in my case. He is worth every single penny. I am very pleased with how he handled my case and I will recommend him to any and everyone. If you need representation, CALL HIM. He will take great care of you trust me!!!

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
