License Defense

I am beyond grateful for the outstanding representation and support I received from Attorney Richard Hark. It’s easy to see why this attorney has earned five stars from hundreds of clients. Facing a nursing legal matter with allegations is a stressful experience for any professional, but having his s...traightforward approach and confidence made all the difference. From day one, his brilliance, professionalism and confidence were evident. He has an exceptional command of the law and an incredible ability to analyze every detail, anticipate challenges and build a winning strategy. What impressed me the most was the trust he inspired. He was honest, responsive and always available to answer my calls and questions. I never felt like just another case, I felt heard, respected and genuinely cared for. You need someone who knows how to fight and advocate for you with skill and integrity. That is exactly who Richard Hark is! After reading countless glowing reviews throughout my case, I can say from personal experience that every one of them is absolutely true and on point. His dedication, extensive knowledge of the law and relentless commitment to my case were instrumental in securing a favorable outcome. His assistant Jessica was equally exceptionable throughout the entire process. It is clear the same level of dedication and care that defines his practice is reflected in the way Jessica supports his clients. If ever in need, Richard Hark is truly THE MAN!

A review of this magnitude says many things about me and my law firm. Most importantly it says I do what I say I am going to do. Also it says the reviews you read about me are accurate. It also says my staff is an integral and reliable part of my representation. Welllll, thank you KY. If yo are in Pittsburgh, Lancaster, Lebanon, Harrisburg, Scranton, Easton, or anywhere in the country with a Pennsylvania Nursing, Medical, Osteopathic, Pharmacy, behavioral health, or occupational health license, call me and I will (not can), I will, help you.

Exceptional Representation and Dedication in New Jersey Licensing Reinstatement

I once again had the privilege of being represented by Richard Hark, Esquire, for the reinstatement of my New Jersey medical license through the State Board of Medical Examiners. My case involved a lengthy and complex process, including a Preliminary Evaluation Committee (PEC) hearing and multiple ad...ministrative delays. Throughout every stage, Richard demonstrated remarkable persistence, skill, and professionalism. Richard was instrumental in preparing and securing the PEC hearing. He represented me with precision, insight, and steadfast commitment. His deep understanding of medical licensing law, combined with his thorough guidance and exceptional judgment, ensured I was fully informed and supported from start to finish. Richard is truly a powerhouse in medical licensing law, and his advocacy made all the difference in navigating this intricate process. What impressed me most was Richard’s dedication and perseverance in seeing the process through despite numerous challenges. He remained proactive and determined until my license was fully reinstated to active, unrestricted status. Thanks to his tireless efforts and advocacy, I am now able to resume my medical career in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. For any medical professional navigating the complexities of licensing or reinstatement, I again highly recommend Richard Hark, Esquire. His knowledge, tenacity, and genuine dedication are unmatched. He is a true asset to his profession and represents the very best of it. Thank you, Richard!

Dr. L was treated unfairly by the PA and NJ medical boards. We fought tooth and nail to get him his licenses reinstated. So glad I could help. Whatever state you live in -- if you want to practice nursing, medicine, osteopathic, pharmacy, chiropractic, social worker, Physician Assistant, or any other healthcare based profession in Pennsylvania or NJ call me so I can help you get your license, keep your license, or get your license reinstated! Thanks for such a great review doc.!

He is the attorney you need if you have licensing problems

Mr. Hark is exactly who you need if you are in healthcare and facing licensing problems. When I had an issue with my license, I truly thought my career was over. Not only did he get my license reinstated, but he did it so quickly that it did not affect my training. What stood out most was his respon...siveness and support. He was always available to answer my questions — and even my family’s questions — with patience and understanding, knowing how stressful and overwhelming these situations can be. He is professional, highly skilled, and incredibly effective. I strongly recommend him, especially to healthcare professionals who need someone they can trust to act fast and deliver results.

Thank you for letting me help you. In your case, I was concerned about the original incompetent attorney who handled your Pennsylvania licensing board disciplinary action. He agreed, that after an Immediate Temporary Suspension was filed due to state criminal fraud charges, to an unlimited suspension. THIS WAS THE WRONG THING TO DO. This attorney made a huge mistake! There are many reasons why health care providers must fight these Immediate Temporary Suspension petitions. Board prosecutors take advantage of the inexperienced attorney. Also, under GRAPP and the Medical Practices Act, a 6 month suspension is the worst possible result. After 180 days, license reinstatement is mandatory. Because the doctor's old attorney had no idea what he was doing, his medical license was suspended for 5 years rather than 6 months. I am so proud that I got your medical license reinstated and consolidated a potential discipline for the criminal conviction that was the basis for the original suspension. You will be back practicing very soon. If your attorney does not know what they are doing in these cases, you as the licensee will be able to tell very quickly. It is legal malpractice.

I appreciated the wise advice and counsel that I received from Richard Q. Hark. It was priceless considering the many years of dealing with the medical board myself and getting nowhere. With Mr. Hark's assistance I was able to avoid a hearing and finally get my medical license reactivated after over... 20 years of delay. I highly recommend him to any health care professional that needs assistance dealing with any of the licensing boards.

This client represented himself for a long time and created huge problems that first resulted in him losing his medical license and then challenges getting it back. Once, I got involved, the case was redirected and because of my professional contacts with Pa Medical Board I was able to get new evaluations, new testings, and a resubmitted application to reinstate his license. This was granted around Thanksgiving. The entire case was was based upon inappropriate testing center issues, which we ironed out. It does not matter in what state you live or why your Pennsylvania health care license -- nurse, pharmacy, dental, medical, osteopathic license is suspended or revoked. My clients live in Florida, California, Arizona Georgia, New York, and in almost every county in Pennsylvania. DO NOT REPRESENT YOURSELF. CALL ME. We handle these cases through through emails, phone call, zoom or TEAMS meetings and ADOBE docs. We get health care licenses reinstated. Whether from Scranton, York, Lancaster, Philadelphia, Erie, Allegheny or Bloomsburg,I am always planning, planning, planning and then putting into place a plan to perfect execution. Thanks.-- Good luck with your career!

Rich saved my life and my sanity to say the least. With the utmost patience, compassion and pertinent experience, he has been continuously supporting me through a total nightmare. At the beginning of my nursing career, I fell for the PNAP tricks in the past, while not even working or facing a legal o...ffense. I received an anonymous complaint without the guidance of Rich. This is the biggest regret of my life. After dealing with injustice of the PNAP program in the past, I felt my life and career were totally over. I couldn’t bare the thought of going back into this program. Additionally, I felt extreme panic and fear when I received a 1st offense DUI with a refusal during a very unique period of time in my life. This time, I didn’t waste my time. I called Rich on a Sunday evening and he immediately answered, took his time to collect my information and we immediately started to prepare. Thus far, I received the minimum sentence of ARD without a drivers license suspension. Mind blowing success to say the least! In light of the overwhelming achievements we already have made together, he properly prepared me and even attended the MPE for my nursing license, for which I am wildly optimistic about winning too. He was very direct, always available, and keeps me calm and level headed. Rich was very clear on the legal issues, the health care license issues I was confronting, and how to proceed in a timely and orderly process. He has been and continues to be available via email, phone calls or texts. Stop searching the internet and hire Rich if you are facing any health care licensing or legal issues. HE CARES AND HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST! Do not hesitate to hire him. Your license is worth it. Your career is worth it. Rich is worth it!! I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough! Hire him. I am soooo glad I did! 5 Stars is not enough, he deserves all stars in the galaxy!

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
