Never thought I would practice again!

Richard mixed no words when explaining the rigorous process of reinstating my professional license and prepared me for the process. His confidence and proven track record reassured me, and the payment plan made my life manageable while waiting for my professional license to be reinstated.

I routinely handle petitions to reinstate nursing, pharmacy, medical, osteopathic, or any other Pennsylvania health care license. Convictions cause health care license suspensions. Missing board ordered psychiatric evaluations result in health care license suspensions. I have a plan that I execute with many clients. Gary's story is similar to many clients -- he moved out of state and didn't get the notice for the evaluation, or had a conviction that caused the evaluation that he missed. But he didn't give up on his nursing license. While he was living out of state, we worked out a payment plan and I set out getting his documents together and getting his life in order to present to a PHMP approved expert, who approved concluded he is safe to practice. Call me to help you with your health care license reinstatement.

Simply The BEST

I hired Richard in March 2021, after being walked out of my place of employment due to suspension of my RN License. I was charged with first time DUI in 2019. I received ARD and DUI has been subsequently expunged. The PA Board of Nursing suspended my license for failure to appear at a Mental Healt...h and Physical Exam set up by the board. I never received notification of mandatory exam from the board. After the shock of being walked out of job, suspended without pay, and risk of termination from my state job for practicing without a license, I went down the rabbit hole on internet. My attorney that represented me for DUI required 4000.00 retainer upfront to represent me for RN License suspension. That was a no-go for me since I was now basically broke. I searched attorney reviews for hours and hours. I came across Richard's website and read countless reviews. I figured, if anyone can help me out of my no-win situation, it had to be Richard. I knew Richard would probably require a retainer fee that I could never begin to afford, but I was desperate for help and left an inquiry on his website. Within a couple minutes, I received a call from Richard. I was in shock at how quickly he read my inquiry and reached out to me. Richard told me exactly what he needed to file immediately. He provided me with his fee, allowed me to pay an affordable down payment, and agreed to accept remaining fee on a monthly payment plan beginning AFTER I returned to work and started receiving pay again. Richard instructed me to provide exactly what the PA BON would require in order for him to file a Motion for Reconsideration for license. He was meticulous in details and I forwarded docs as requested. Richard has personal connections to attorneys on the board. He filed a motion with the board within a couple days. The board reinstated my license within 3 weeks, and allowed me to reschedule and attend the Mental Health and Physical Exam I missed after DUI charge. I got back to work immediately! Appointment was scheduled a month later. Richard prepped me for the exam, and forwarded information to review to fully prepare me prior to meeting with the MD for exam. I did exactly as Richard instructed me during exam, and left feeling confident. I was praying for my case to be closed. It took the MD about 3 months to finalize his report. Once sent to the board, the board closed my case! I never imagined I would ever keep my job at a state prison, after having my RN License suspended for failure to report to mandatory fit for duty exam, and have my case closed with the BON. Who does this???? Richard does. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor. Just contact Richard. He'll guide you the rest of the way effortlessly.

Denice's case reflects the problem of Covid, the 2020 mail sabotage (for voting but it effected the entire country for everything), and the trigger happy Board of Nursing acting to protect the pubic from any and every threat from this planet and others. My professional relationships with the health care board prosecutors -- Nursing, Medical, Pharmacy, and all others -- is based upon sound legal work, sound legal experience, and a basic legal professionalism. I live by my word. I honor every a verbal agreement between a prosecutor, whether it be criminal or licensing board, and myself. If I agree that my client will do something in a case -- they do it! If I am requesting a professional courtesy for a client, I extend the same courtesy to that prosecutor. Rescheduling evaluations, continuing court dates, explaining why evaluations are missed, or agreeing to a 2nd evaluation is part of the professionalism and respect I both give and receive by the Pennsylvania and New Jersey health care prosecutors and specific prosecutor in Denice's case. I have a great saying, "I took me 20 years to know how to fix your problem in 10 days." Again, my criminal trial experience and licensing board experience works to the benefit of every client, from every state confronted with a Pennsylvania or New Jersey health care board prosecution! Call me to discuss your case. Denice did and you can tell she is happy!

Mr. Hark saved my license.

I was unfortunately involved in a workplace incident that triggered a referral to substance abuse program and even worse, an investigation by one of the state’s administrative boards into my physical and psychological well-being to practice. From my first call, Richard took the time to get to know me... as a person and professional. He explained the entire investigatory process from start to finish and exactly what I needed to do to ensure the best possible outcome. He was able to help me develop a very reasonable payment plan- which was one one of my biggest fears because I was out of work. He and his office staff worked closely with me for months through one of the most trying times of my life. Throughout the process he and his staff would not only check in on me, but helped me get all my necessary documents in order, and personally prepared me for interviews, hearings etc. Richard also personally attended these with me and was able to put my mind at ease. Richard and his staff are incredible at their work. They care about healthcare providers and I would, without reservation, recommend him to anyone facing action against their license.

This was a really hard case. However, an attentive client who understood the complexity of the issues, the exposure to his license, and my game plan made representing him a pleasure. From day one, "Mike" understood my strategy, executed every step to a "T" and we prevailed. My extensive preparation along with Mike's full cooperation and agreement helped us win this case. Thank for letting me help.

Best lawyer in Pennsylvania!

I have used Richard Hark on two occasions. I had two cases with the nursing board that he handled in a very swift manner and won both cases. When you think there is no way around the nursing board, believe me, he knows the way. Before you give in to unreasonable requests and limitations from the... board, and unfair punishments and sentences, CALL RICHARD!!! I also hired him for a DUI that he handled with the utmost efficiency. I was able to get ARD and no criminal record. He always, always answers your calls, and/or returns them immediately. Fees are extremely reasonable, and he works with you with payments. Among being professional and knowledgeable, he has a big heart. He was the most patient, kind, and understanding when it came to payments, especially with me being single and not having much money to fall back on. He is very aggressive when he needs to be with handling a case. There is no hesitation with getting the work done. He immediately begins working on your case, and get results. I always tell my co-workers and friends, if they ever need a lawyer, he is the one to call! He knows the law! Call Richard Hark! He will get the job done!!!

This Lancaster County based client was a pleasure to represent. Because I live in King of Prussia, Pa, it is really easy for me to meet with my clients and appear in court in many Pennsylvania counties. My office in King of Prussia in easy to reach from routes 422, 276, 76 and 476. Tracy, thank you for letting me be your personal attorney and help you with your cases.

If you value your license- HIRE RICHARD

I cannot say enough about how helpful and unbelievably aggressive this firm and specifically Richard Hark have been in defending my license. This was one of the scariest things I’ve had to face and it is unbelievably difficult to describe the peace of mind and trust that Richard was able to provide ...as well as explaining the entire process, making himself available to me at anytime, having a suitable and very convenient payment plan as well as general overall knowledge of nursing, board of nursing processes and anything and everything you need to know. Not only was Richard recommended to me but I also recommend him to anyone who is serious about defending their license and receiving top-notch legal Council as well as representation. Not to mention his office staff are spectacular and are just as knowledgeable and can also answer any questions you can think of.

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
