This alleged impairment case is typical of the bald allegations of theft large health care entities do to lower payroll and fire long term employees. Replied last January 31, 2024This Allentown client was charged with a DUI, refusal, and was subjected to a health care board investigation. The final order of the full medical board dismissed the case. IT IS OVER. WE WON. This COVID-related DUI, PennDOT license refusal, and ARD impairment prosecution started from Pennsylvania's health care boards zero tolerance impairment policy. This client was never impaired. PNAP and the PHMP and the PA PHP could not prove it. The prosecutor could never prove it. Fight your case every day. Never admit any impairment.
