Best Decision I've Ever Made

When I was faced with a pending investigation that put my nursing license, my livelihood, at jeopardy, I trusted my gut and went with the highest reviewed attorney, Richard Hark. Mr. Hark provided excellent council and ensured that the state department's investigator left without a case to stand on. ...It is difficult to trust someone who has your career on the line, but Mr. Hark came through. I am still an RN, with a clean record, and I have him to thank for everything. Hiring Mr. Hark was the best decision i've ever made.

Knows law regarding professional licensing

Mr. Hark comforted my fears early on after being charged with a first time DUI. He talked to me at length about what to expect and he had a calming sense about him that made me feel comfortable working with him. We worked through the whole process together and the end result came just as he said he w...ould, no action against my nursing license.

DON'T HIRE ANY OTHER LAWYER TO PROTECT YOUR LICENSE. ONLY HIRE THE BEST!

Where do I even start? Mr. Hark saved my license as well as my livelihood. Do NOT assume that the professional licensing boards are your friends because they are not! Mr. Hark is quite familiar with the licensing boards and the only regret that I have is not contacting him sooner! A former employer r...eported me for alleged abandonment, an offense punishable by means of having a license revoked. Words cannot explain the turmoil they put me through day after day, wondering if I would lose my license and livelihood. A board of nursing investigator sent me a threatening letter telling me that I should talk "especially if you want to keep your license." What did I do? I found Mr. Hark online through this website and gave him a call. BEST decision I ever made. Mr. Hark worked out a payment plan for me and was always available when I needed him. I'm telling you this man would even return my emails and calls on the weekend! Prior to meeting with a board of nursing investigator, Mr. Hark even gave me a call telling me what to expect and basically helped me to calm my nerves. When I saw him in action, defending my name and my license, I felt a sense of relief. My former employer believed that reporting me to the board would cause me to lose my license, however, with an attorney like Mr. Hark, I was able to save it. My license is clear and throughout the process I have been able to continue to work as a nurse. In the end, Mr. Hark won my case with no repercussions on my license. If you are reading this and in need of an attorney to go before ANY licensing board, PLEASE contact Mr. Hark. He is very knowledgeable in this field and confident in what he does. You need someone confident to defend your livelihood. I cannot thank him enough!

Vicious, Malicious & Abuse of power accusation from a hospital employer

I worked for one of the largest hospitals in Pennsylvania for 17 years where I got falsely accused after getting hurt at work for being under the influence. I found out that the annonymous complaint to the Board of Nursing came from my employer. Anything to discredit you so they dont have to pay you... workmans compensation. While searching the internet for an attorney I came across Richards blog. Richard was amazing, he took the time to explain everything to me. I have nerve impingement on my spine which has left me with chronic sciatica and back spasms. My restrictions have left me with no opportunity to work I still felt after 25 years in the Nursing field I wanted my name and reputation cleared! Richards hard work and dedication help me accomplish this!

Richard Hark is the best!

Without Richard Hark I could have not kept my license in the good standing it deserved to be. Mr. Hark is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced attorney I have known. When it comes to fighting the injustice many licensed healthcare workers experience with the State Board of Nursing, you nee...d Mr. Richard Hark. He opened my eyes to my rights as a Nurse, when my license and livelihood were at stake. Richard was there every step of the way to fight my fight with me. You need a lawyer with extensive knowledge, experience, and proven success; Richard Hark is that attorney! My license is still in good standing and we won the case against the State Board of Nursing. I am eternally grateful to have had Richard Hark as my attorney. You need the best attorney possible when it comes to cases against the State Board, you need Richard Hark.

"I have known Richard Hark for years and he is an outstanding attorney. While he handled criminal defense matters for many years, he has shifted his practice focus to administrative law where he assists professionals (nurses, doctors, lawyers, etc) when they are being disciplined by their respective licensing board. This is usually as a result of contacts with the criminal justice system or drug/alcohol problems. Despite the shift in practice, the outcomes are the same. I have seen him successfully fight the most serious criminal charges and I now refer professional clients to him when their criminal case overlaps with their professional license. He has become extremely skilled in a very sensitive area where clients' livelihoods are on the line. This is no easy task but Richard's combination of legal smarts, common sense, and empathy for his client's plight make him a perfect fit. I strongly endorse Mr. Hark."
