Nursing Licenses

Replied last July 30, 2026Handling Insurance Commission license disciplinary cases is a very unique process, not for the untrained attorney. I have handled many of these cases, to trial and through post hearing briefs. That extensive experience allowed me to handle Joe's very complex but medically defendable case. If your attorney doesn't know the law, of has not handled these cases, be careful. Do not hire or allow you insurance company to give you a medical malpractice attorney from the insurance panel to handle these cases. Mistakes happen and your license will be at risk. Hire the right attorney for the job. You would not go to a foot surgeon for an elbow incident. Same with license defense cases. Joe knew right away I knew how to help get his license back.
