I found Richard Stark by looking up how to handle a DUI and RN license suspension. I called in absolute panic. I was receiving letters to enter PNAP immediately or face recourse from the Nursing Board .And I was going to lose my driving license for 18 months. Unfortunately, I got a non-work related DUI 2 years ago.Of course I got the letter demanding that I go for an evaluation and I did. I had a DUI in 2020 and didn't hear of Richard Hark until I was already pretty much forced into signing a contract with the PNAP program (now NHP). I finished out my 3 year program but when it was time to be released, the program failed to release me and informed me that I had another year and a ha...lf to go due to a positive test that was unfounded by an evaluation and a MD review. I was devastated as I never knowingly used any illicit substance after signing the contract and I didn't know where to turn. A friend of mine recommended Richard Hark so I called him up. I received my expungement letter from the local court today, about a year after being charged with DUI. The process went down exactly how Richard told me it would during one of our initial phone conversations. I completed ARD in just six months, had no job repercussions, and the state medical board ...chose not to pursue action against my license regarding this first offense. In three more months, the ignition interlock will be removed from my car and this will all be behind me. I apologize to Richard, as I may have taken out many stresses of the DUI process on him, but he was always able to calm me down and provide reassurance via email, text, or a phone call.
