3rd OUI - HIGH RECOMENDATION

Jay did a fantastic job and guided me through one of the darkest periods of my life. He took my case to trial and won with a not guilty charge. It was a 3rd offense oui involving a car crash. I was facing jail time. Jays knowledge of the law is amazing. He's very humble with a calming demean...or which was very helpful during a stressful time. I strongly recommend Jay Milligan.

Long Road

If you are looking for the best DUI/OUI attorney Jay Milligan is it!

Hired Attorney Milligan for a 3rd DUI. I did a lot of research before deciding on Jay and am so thankful I did go with him. He tore apart the arresting officer to the point that the Judge almost called a recess so that he could compose himself. He was absolutely amazing to watch in court. I do not ...think I would have won my case if I had hired a different attorney. If you are looking for the best DUI/OUI attorney Jay Milligan is it.
