Amazing and Professional

I was represented by Jay Milligan for a 3 OIU. he was able to prove to them that I was guilty and had all the evidence suppressed. Every time o called or had any questions they would respond by the end of the day. Also they are very nice and they are very good at what they do. I would recommend them ...to anyone also I'm thankful for what they did for me and my family.

James Milligan - the best

After my daughter was arrested on a second DUI charge (the first being 8 years ago) I panicked . She faced losing her license for up to 5 years since she refused the breathalyzer test and did poorly on the field sobriety test . Her job and her children would be greatly affected . Together we search...ed the internet for a good lawyer and, after reading the reviews, decided on James Milligan . We were so blessed to find him. He is so knowledgeable and told us what to expect. He was excellent in preparing us for a jury trial. He covered every detail. Our entire family is so grateful to him. Because of him we had a not guilty verdict and can now go forward with our lives

Experienced, knowledgeable and smart

After vetting several lawyers for a 3rd OUI charge I wisely chose attorney Milligan. Facing a mandatory 150 day incarceration (despite 30 year old previous conviction) it was imperative I retain the very best attorney. Attorney Milligan and his associates were extremely knowledgeable and savvy when ...it came to dealing with the court system and judges. Despite this case being tried in Essex county, which is the toughest for OUI offenses I was found not guilty in about 15 minutes of jury deliberation. Attorney Milligan shredded the Trooper's testimony and posed a rational and reasonable alternative series of events the jury believed completely. You cannot do better than Milligan and Associates when faced with an OUI.

Best lawyer ever!!!

James is the best lawyer I ever now,he helped me to start a new life with active driver license and forget about the nightmare I lived with!!!!! I really recommend him! He is the real guy if you get in trouble!!!! Thank You So Much Jay!!!!!

CDL oui

I am from out of state and I am a cdl truck driver. I was pulled over in Massachusetts in my commercial vehicle for oui. After being released from jail I was in my hotel room no transportation because my truck had been impounded and 14 hours from home I opened the phone book to find an attorney and ...the 1st one to stand out to me was Jay I called and explained the incident and he immediately took my case. Of course because of the courts my wife and I did have to make several trips to Massachusetts to make my appearance in court. I did not take a breathalizer because I had not been drinking although I wasn't drinking I was charged for refusal. In a large commercial vehicle that was a very bad decision I had made not only would I loose my license but also my job because driving is my job. Before my last hearing Jay assured me that all charges would be dropped with no fines to be paid and that is exactly what happened. Jay Milligan jr is definitely the best attorney I have ever had my wife and I call him the miracle man and so will you after he is finished with your case. Thank you Jay for saving my job!!!!!!!
