The attorney who WILL FIGHT FOR YOU AND WIN!

I hired James Milligan for my 2nd offense OUI about a year ago. Yes a year ago I was unlucky to be charged with the 2nd OUI . It was rough I didn’t know where to go and whom to call . The first lawyer from my first oui didn’t do a very good job so there was no way I was contacting him . By some mirac...le I found James online and I sent him a copy of my case for evaluation ( which is free ). I heard back from him within an hour and we set up a meeting. I decided to hire James because he straight up told me what can happen and what is unlikely to happen in my case as he added :”I will fight for you “ and yes he did !! My case took a year to resolve but the end result was more than satisfying! I got charged with oui second offense and negligent operation of the vehicle—- NOT GUILTY on both charges! James Milligan literally gave me my life back and saved my future career ! If ur just like me wondering and not knowing who to trust and hire look no further— this is the man for the job! Not guilty

Jay took on my third offense oui two years ago, throughout this time we had encountered 5 continuances. Although it seems like it lasts forever, getting a not guilty is worth the wait. During this time jay and his staff we always there to answer any questions I had, and appear at multiple hearings on... my behalf. When we got to trial, Jays preparation and professionalism was outstanding, and lead to a not guilty. I would recommend Jay to anyone of my friends or family, thank you Jay for all that you did.

The only attorney you need

Attorney James Milligan is the absolute best choice to make when you need representation for an OUI offense, or pretty much for any legal need. The Best OUI Attorney in Massachusetts

Jay is everything you want in a defense attorney. I was fighting my 2nd OUI offense while still serving probation from my first OUI. When I violated probation Jay was by my side and fighting for me for everything. From the get go I knew he was going to fight for me when he accompanied me to the heari...ngs officer at the RMV. Even though I wouldn’t get my license back, like Jay said would happen, I still knew he would get the job done. When I violated probation the D.A was asking me to go to a 2 week in patient treatment program that would have cost me $2-3k. Instead he was able to get me a 24 Q which is way cheaper and easier to do. He was with me every step of the way, every court hearing, probation hearing and his tactics in the courtroom. How Jay was able to prove to the Jury that I was NOT GUILTY on my 2nd OUI offense was really something to witness. He went through the police report with the arresting officer and questioned him hard and the officer had no answer for Jay. He also questioned the only witness and had nothing incriminating to say. If I didn’t hire Jay I’d be looking at a 8 years loss of license and about $8-10k in fines instead it was about 2 years without a license (which I am getting back soon) and a NOT GUILTY verdict. If you want to win your case I strongly recommend hiring James Milligan.
