Great Job

Jay defended me 6 years ago for an OUI and was able to get the case dismissed. I reached back out recently for assistance sealing it from the record as it was coming up on background checks. They had a court date for me within one month of engaging them and assigned me to attorney Daniel Park from hi...s office, who represented me in court and did a fantastic job. He knew the facts of the case, was quick on his feet and was quite familiar with the specific judges therefore was able to cater his approach towards that. Moreover, he had clearly thought through how this was impacting my ability to obtain employment, which is exactly what the judge wanted to hear about. Judge approved the motion to seal on the spot.

Positive Outcome

Jay Milligan and his team are above reproach. I discovered Jay when I was involved in an unfortunate event. He was able to provide professional advice but comfort me in this trying time. After only a couple of meetings and 2 trips to court, the issue was ultimately dismissed. Kudos to Jay Milliga...n, Karen and Bridget.

Mr. Milligan is hands down one of the best in the business. His dedication to your case, attentional to detail, and knowledge of the district court system, its players and the overall trial process is second to none. Best outcome possible, period

James Milligan is the best lawyer you could possibly get. I was charged with my 3rd alleged oui and was facing 5 years with no license for test refusal plus a possibility of jail if convicted. Jay met with me and laid out the plan and then followed it to a T. He did exactly what he said he would and ...when all was said and done I was found not guilty and was able to get my license back and along with it my life. This is your life at stake.
