Great law firm

Jay and his associates were very good in handling my dui case. i wanted to put this behind me as soon as I could and he helped me to do that. i was able to obtain a favorable result in my case and am moving foward with my life. also the assistance with the RMV was crucial. highly recommend

Lifesaver -- Highly recommended

Jay was as experienced and professional as they come. If you ever happen to find yourself in the unfortunate situation of a DUI, I would highly recommend Jay Milligan. I was a complete mess after my arrest, but Jay helped by informing me of how the process would go and that it could take a while. He ...was happy I was willing to fight the charge. Once my trial finally arrived, I was found not guilty and was able to put all this behind me. I am truly grateful for all his help during this extremely low and hard point in my life. No substitute for experience!!

From the moment I contacted Attorney Milligan I knew that I was in the hands of someone who had the experience to deliver the know how that would produce results!! He knew which steps to take so that the pieces would fall in place, providing an excellent game plan that ultimately yielded the result o...f my not guilty finding!! He obviously had the experience that gave him the foresight to be able to eliminate admissible evidence that would have had adverse affects on the jury. The experience shown to be able to get all of the preliminary groundwork laid in place months before going to trial, ultimately is what made all the difference!! With very competent staff and prompt courteous assistance from the office, it was not a moment in time when I did not feel as though I was receiving the best representation available. I certainly highly recommend Attorney Milligan to anyone facing DUI conviction... if the evidence presents a path to vindication, he has the experience to see the route and deliver results!!

The right attorney for DUI defense.

Jay successfully defended me in a DUI charge liquor early this past year. Although, I was not found guilty of the charge, I was found guilty of a lessor charge of driving to endanger. I was given a year probation with a restriction on alcohol consumption. I violated the probation and risked probation... being revoked. Jay and his associate, Joe were able to reinstate probation to avoid further life disruptions. I would highly recommend using his services.

Effective Representation on an extremely complicated case

Jay represented my wife's appeal on her first DUI. His significant work on the improperly calibrated breathalyzers in the Commonwealth from 2012-2014 enabled him to get this first DUI dismissed, He moved for a new trial and was able to have the charged dismissed at that trial Jay's knowledge of th...e law, his ceaseless work on the original breathalyzer case/appeal and then his most effective representation of my wife was beyond impressive He was responsive, direct and very clear on the steps required on her case. Jay never over promised, set expectations based in reality and then took his time to explain each step of the process.
