Outstanding Attorney

I hired Jay Milligan for a complicated DUI case. A case that would change my life dramatically as well as my families. Jay provided me with an in-depth evaluation of the intricacies of my case. OUI Second Offense

I found Jay on the internet after an exhaustive search. I wanted to be careful and choose the right Attorney for my case. I am without hesitation or a doubt that I made the correct choice in selecting him. I had been told by another reputable Attorney that due to the amount of witnesses in my case... he would not take it. It would be a hard case to beat!! I found myself lost and completely feeling alone without the knowledge of what I was going to do. My entire life, reputation and livelihood was at stake. Jay comforted me . He understood that this was my second OUI and that I needed someone who was going to fight hard for me. He did just that with his years of expertise, he won this case, that the other Attorney wouldn't even touch. We took this case to a jury and Jay Milligan was so prepared for the cross examination of the State Trooper that the Trooper was stumbling with his explanations. I couldn't be more thankful because at the end of a long day, it only took the jury 5 minutes to deliberate the outcome. I was found innocent and received a NOT GUILTY VERDICT. He is your Attorney!!! Don't hesitate!!! HIRE HIM!!!

Patience and expertise pays off.. Thanks Jay!

My case went back to an arrest for OUI in 2015. Patience pays off! Mr. MIlligan was part of a study proving the breathalyzer used for my case was not correctly calibrated, that the trooper was just making his quota, and most importantly that I was not an intoxicated driver. 2018 my case went to trial... with a NOT GUILTY finding and it's all thanks to Jay. The expertise, his intelligent and the acknowledgement of the law specifically for OUI's he saved my career (CDL driver), my family and life. Along with Jay, his staff (Joe and Karen) as well were all very helpful, kind, pleasant and professional. This team will not disappoint make the call and know your in great hands. Thanks again!

Review for James Milligan

We hired James Milligan to represent our daughter in an OUI case. The case carried on for over 1000 days due in part to another case he was working on to prove the Technical inaccuracy of the device used to measure alcohol consumption. He was successful, which was extremely helpful for our case. Whe...n we finally went to court, My husband and I were very impressed when we witnessed his questioning and poise in the court room. He went on to win the case ! I would highly recommend this Lawyer.

Skeptical at first...

Having never been in a legal situation like this in my whole life I truly did not know what to expect and quickly got lost in all the technical jargon and confusing paperwork/statements. Luckily I was refereed to James Milligan Jr. Soon after I began to feel much more at ease. All of my questi...ons were answered thoroughly all of my concerns quelled. I was constantly consulted at every turn and always informed as to what was happening. When it came time of the trial, I was confident that that any and everything that could be done was done and I was in good hands. He won the case on behalf with great success.
