James is amazing!

I had an OUI pending and I didn't know where to look. I typed in OUI attorney in google and James name was first to come up. I called him that night and he answered right away on a Sunday around 5pm. He advised me the whole way through. Everything happened the way he said it would. We won our tr...ial with flying colors because of his court room skill. He is very personable and down right good man, on top of being in my opinion an excellent lawyer. You would dumb not to use him. Thank you so much James for giving me my life back.

Case won victory

I met with jay milligan at his office in norwell ma almost 1year ago for a 3rd oui charge he wasted no time being very direct on options that may or may not apply to me in my case I hired jay and we began the court process jay and his partner joe Higgins were always on top of everything going on in a...nd out of the court room. Very confident and aggressive towards anyone trying to speak against me on the charges I was appealing when we went to trial I was found innocent of a 3rd dui charge jay had done a excellent job arguing the evidence the prosecutor was trying to use against me as well as all his knowledge in these specific areas of defense. I also was given my driver liscence priveledge back which could have only happened if I won my case and having jay milligan it happened. I have not always made the right choices in life and have had to have other attorney's on different matters represent me. However hands down jay milligan and joe Higgins r the best I highly recommend them to anyone that has a criminal offense or especially drinking related charges. Thanks for everything guys again god bless you! !!

Oui-drugs

James Milligan is the best lawyer I have come to deal with. He personally help save me from the legal system and was not going to let the system win this case. Jay is amazing in the courtroom. He basically does not back down, he is professional and very well mannered. But what i loved the most was hi...s knowledge that he knew. Everything the d.a. and the police or judge would through out he had an answer for that would shut them down and because of that my case was DISMISSED!!!. this man is amazing. And by the way he got my license back a couple months after i was charged with the oui. Please hire this man if you plan to get your life back on track, him and his staff are amazing.

A strong advocate . Your voice in the courtroom.

Hiring Jay was the best decision I made. I used an attorney for a past incident and found him ill prepared and unfamiliar with some of the facts of my case a day prior to trial. Not a good feeling when you're the accused sitting in the courtroom. My experience with Jay however was quite the opposite.... This realization became even more apparent at my trial. Jay came prepared, knew the facts of my case, providing documentation of medical records, distances traveled, road conditions, traffic patterns, etc. prior to being pulled over. He spoke eloquently, firmly, and respectfully when cross examining officers. Jay was able to expose discrepancies in their testimony versus what was written in their reports. Professional, competent, courteous, and confident. Jay has your back. When confronted with a possibly life altering situation, you must hire an attorney with the experience, expertise, tenacity, and the compassion to understand what you're going through. Jay Milligan is that attorney. He is a strong advocate for those accused of DUI/OUI. I cannot recommend him enough.

Professional, Prepared, Knowledgeable, Expert DUI Attorney.

After hiring an attorney who has helped my family with assorted issues in the past, I learned the hard way, the value of hiring an expert in DUI matters. My first lawyer took my money, but was in over his head. The result was a plea (CWOF). This meant costly restrictions on my license during a long s...uspension for refusing the breath test. I agreed to the plea after listening to the first lawyer's misrepresentation of the law, telling me that I would be reinstated at a RMV hearing w/in 60 days. When I realized that was not true, I found Jay Milligan. Jay heard my story, and accepted my case. Jay Milligan was able to vacate the plea, and give me another chance for a trial. The timely result was "not guilty"! I currently have an unrestricted license and I am able to contribute to my family, and my life again. Without Jay, I would have had a limited hardship license with a costly blow to start device, and a damaging record of DUI. James M. Milligan is professional, knowledgeable, prepared, and treats you with respect. If you are reading this, Jay Milligan and his staff are exactly what you need. In my case, the results are the best possible for an extremely complicated and difficult situation. The money I saved by hiring the family's "guy" made me feel good for a day.
