Jay is a fantastic lawyer. Very experienced, knowledgeable and diligent. When you need help, this is where you go. Great office stuff, very understanding and responsive. Jay got me out of difficult situation. It was scary and took a long time. in the end the verdict was not guilty!! Thank you Jay!

James M. Milligan did an amazing job aiding me through the whole process when it came to getting through the court system. Jay Milliigan and his staff could not be more sympathetic, non-judgmental, knowledgeable and competent. I was in Court just today with J. Milligan and felt as if I was a "bundle of nerves". He has complete command of the Court room, exudes confidence and most importantly is an expert with respect t...o the law. Not Guilty verdict. If you are scared, unsure -- PLEASE call him. Exceptional DUI Lawyer, Hard Working/Fair Price
