Attorney James Milligan

Jay was a great attorney. Going through a situation like this was highly stressful and concerning. Jay answered all my question and made me feel comfortable with my case. He communicated very well with me and never made me feel out of the loop with what was going on. Probably the best DUI Defense law...yers around.

Quick response and great service - that's what I got with Jay and his team

Jay and his team (Joe and Karen) were a huge help in protecting my driver's license. I needed fast help dealing with the RMV on an out-of-state suspension issue from two years ago. Jay answered his phone on a holiday and put the wheels in motion to act fast on my behalf. Less than a week later it was... taken care of and behind me. He and his his team did everything they said they would do. He was upfront and honest and was in contact every day until the matter was addressed by the RMV. And in the end the matter was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Attorney James Milligan

Going through a DUI is a very stressful, life altering experience. I made the right decision in hiring James Milligan. I felt as though I was treated as a person rather than just another client. He was always available immediately by phone or text, or if he was in court or with someone else, he would... get back to me right away. During the process I was extremely worried one weekend, and I called him on a Sunday on his day off, and he took the time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Karen Williams was also very helpful and professional and would answer my questions any time I called and would keep me updated by phone or email. I was also Impressed with Attorney Joe Higgins who was well prepared with my case and helped me throughout the entire Registry Process. They make up a great team. In the end I was able to save my CDL, and ultimately able to save my job. I highly recommend Attorney James Milligan.

Knowledgeable Low Stress Lawyer

I requested an inquiry on James' website the day after my incident and was contacted immediately when it was a Sunday morning. My situation was unique because I was an out of state resident and license holder, but James still managed to inform me with a comforting amount of knowledge so that I knew ...how everything would play out. Throughout the process James was easy to contact, always responding in short time if not able to contact immediately. He was also very helpful/understanding of me paying him over a time period before the trial date, not pressuring me to cough up the entire payment early in working with me. Overall my case's outcome was preferable compared to what alternatives were available. I definitely recommend James.

Atty Milligan is the real deal

The State Police issued 3 charges against me, including an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. I needed an attorney and Jay was recommended to me by a Mass State Trooper! That speaks volumes. My wife and I knew we made the right decision after our first meeting. He had a calming affect as he th...oroughly explained the process. He clearly laid out each step, while giving us all the possible scenarios. He performed exactly how he said he would, and ultimately all 3 charges were dropped with the payment of a $500 fine. Money well spent. If I ever need his services again, I will not hesitate to hire him immediately. I strongly recommend him to anybody who needs that type of representation. Thanks again Jay!
