Helped me turn things around

I could not express better words for Jay. He took a situation and helped me own it, and then follow the truth to take it back. Jay was always available when needed, answered every question, and in the end, let me continue with my life, avoiding something that never should have happen.

Made The Right Call By Hiring James Milligan

Earlier this year, my husband was involved in a situation that required legal representation. We made the right call by hiring Attorney Jay Milligan to represent my husband in both of his criminal and RMV cases involving OUI and an Immediate Threat license suspension. Not having any experience with t...he situation my family was thrown into, Jay came highly recommended based on the online reviews that we read. Excellent Attorney

Attorney Jay Milligan represented my intellectually challenged son who was arrested and charged with a DUI. I knew he needed someone on his side and Jay came VERY highly recommended to us. He was professional and confident through the trial and delays and resulted in a not guilty outcome. Jay was ...very good at staying in touch and answering any questions I had. The book he wrote “The Massachusetts OUI Survival Guide” was a good guide as to what to expect. It is a complicated process made less stressful by Attorney Milligan’s competency and his office staff. I would highly recommend him.

Trust in Jay and the process

Jay is a fantastic attorney. I was potentially looking at a second offense DUI, which would have horribly affected my life and work situation. I was panicked. I contacted a friend who was a former prosecutor who was very successful at prosecuting DUI cases. I told him what had happened to me and aske...d him who was the best DUI attorney he could recommend and he gave me Jay’s information. He told me Jay was hands down the best and he was right. I had some pretty damning circumstances in my case and was panicked about the outcome. I read everything I could about DUI laws in Mass and had all sorts of ideas. When I met with Jay I told him all the thoughts I had. Jay was super patient with me and the best thing I did was LISTEN to him and let him do the legal work. The result was NOT GUILTY. I can’t recommend Jay highly enough.
