DUI

Jay is a fact oriented attorney who is an expert on the law for Criminal DUI in Massachusetts. He will dig deep into the situation to put doubt in the minds of prosecution that some of the accusations are in question with leaves questionable doubt in the minds off people presiding over the case.

Jay is absolutely outstanding at his job, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else on my case besides him. He was able to nit pick the smallest details in my case, which eventually led to a NOT GUILTY verdict on my behalf. This guy is unbelievable and I would absolutely recommend him to anybody in OUI ...conviction circumstance.

Expert of OUI

I had a 3rd offense OUI which is a felony, my life was upside down, I had no choice then to fight it. With body cam evidence, sobriety tests failed, 2 state troopers testifying against me, no witnesses on my side, Mr Miligan was able to convince 7 jurors to get me a “not guilty “! That was just magic...! He’s awesome, he’s genius. I don’t know how he does it, I certainly believe he’s just gifted. No words could ever explain my gratitude… well recommended! thank you James, you can never be forgotten in my life. Thank you!
