Excellent Attorney

Show cause hearing with a favorable outcome!

Jay and his team were phenomenal. A woman filed a criminal complaint against me alleging that I hit her with my car in the Market Basket parking lot. This resulted in a potential Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle charge IF I would've been found responsible. I consulted with quite a few attorneys... but Jay instantly put me at ease and made me feel confident that he had my best interest at heart. While this was not related to an OUI or DUI, which he is well known for, I knew if he could handle those cases, he could certainly handle mine. Not even three minutes in the courtroom and the Clerk Magistrate said "No Probable Cause." Thank you, Jay! Highly recommend!

Got An OUI? Hire This Man!

Attorney James Milligan is the best of the best! When my boyfriend was charged with OUI, we thought he'd be going away for a long time. We reached out to Attorney Milligan, and he had us come in for a consult. After speaking with us he decided to take our case. It wasn't an easy one, but he came thro...ugh. Not only did we receive a verdict of Not Guilty, Attorney Milligan even got the breathalyzer thrown out before we even got to trial. His knowledge and expertise is outstanding!
