Great Attorney

I just want to say Thank-You, Jay helped me with my 1st offensive, and the whole court procedure took about a year. Attorney Jay and Karen where very respondent to any questions I had. Fantastic Boating OUI Attorney

After receiving my first OUI I reached out to Attorney Milligan for help in fighting my case. Attorney Milligan assisted me from start to finish and helped me feel reassured during the entire process. After about a year of court dates we ended up going to trial where Attorney Milligan presented the f...acts of my case and the result couldnt have been better! Best Ever

Not sure where to begin. I have a very high regard for Jay Milligan. He's smart, confident, prepared and presents a calming influence. If you are looking for a quick fix you won't find it here because Jay will do everything in his power to get the most favorable outcome for you and that takes time an...d patience. In my case it took 15 months but Jay got my case dismissed and I couldn't be happier. Jay will not promise you an easy road and/or a not guilty or a dismissal because no one can promise that or should promise you that. Courts and Judges can be very fickle. You are at the court's mercy whether you like it or not. Jay will always be there for you to keep you calm and to keep your eye on the ultimate prize - a dismissal or a not guilty. If anyone can deliver that ultimate prize it's Jay Milligan and his firm. Bar none. Do yourself a favor. Call him ASAP if you have been charged with a DUI. You will not regret it.
