Top notch the best hands down

I talked to jay the 1st night after my DUI and he told me his process of going through things so i agreed *the best decision of my life* had my court dates which the judge was stagnant on me being there but jay and his made magic happen to where i didnt have to. Took it to trial and jay was in game m...ode.The way he stood up there defended me with all the right facts to the jury and judge there was doubt in my mind i made the right decision. NOT GUILTY!! He is a class act guy and his team is the best!! Strongly reccomend

Great Attorney!

I hired Jay Milligan because he came highly recommended by a close friend. When I meet him for the first time my gut instinct told me he was the type of attorney who would fighting for me. I was so confused and embarrassed by my recent arrest. He was so understanding and judgment free. Thankfully... my gut instinct was right!! He was amazing during my trial, a total “shark.” He paid close attention to any misrepresentations or embellishments that came up during the trial to make me look bad. He was also ready to “protect” me from the DA’s hostile approach and aggressive questioning towards me. Jay did not miss a beat through the entire trial and was prepared to rebuttal any negative or “false” evidence that was presented to the Judge. I believe that the reason I was exonerated from my charges was because Jay actually cared about my situation and worked so closely with me to build a strong case. I believe he will do the same for any person that hires him. I thank Jay from the bottom of my heart for all he did on my case; he is a good man and great attorney!

The best

I found Attorney Milligan after I was involved in a possible 3rd DUI. All the reviews here are 100% correct. He is very professional and his knowledge on the laws are exceptional. The whole case took about a year, and on the day of trial, he put the police trooper on the stand and just dominated.... The jury came back with a Not Guilty verdict. The next day we were working on getting my licence back, and even though the RMV delayed the process; his associates went with me the next day to the RMV and got them to return my licence right away. My life is back to normal because of Attorney Milligan and his associates. If you want the best, look no further.
