Jay was able to get my license back 2 and a half years early.

Jays office was very helpful in allowing me to acquire my license back early. They were great abiut answering all my questions and bringing me through the process. They also had great suggestions about things that I could do that would help me get a favorable ruling at the hearing. I was able to re...cieve my license back much earlier than I was suppose to.

First Offense DUI

Jay was an exceptional lawyer. He was thorough in explaining the entire process. He was available all hours for phone conversations. He provides an excellent team! He represented me with passion, poise, and intelligence. Jay was able to get a not guilty verdict in my DUI case

I was stopped by the Ma state police and charged with DUI liquor and driving to endanger. I researched lawyers in Massachusetts and found Jay. It was apparent that he was the right attorney for my case. He is extremely professional and was diligent in preparing for the trial in my case. He knew how t...o screen the best jury for my case. His opening and closing remarks were compelling resulting in a not guilty verdict. I highly recommend Jay if you find yourself in a similar position.

DUI

I spoke with 5 attorneys before deciding on Attorney Milligan. He was the last Attorney that I consulted with and I knew after speaking with him for 5 minutes that he was the attorney who could help me. He answered my questions thoroughly and gave me information that the other attorneys didn't, i...nformation that I considered critical for me to know. Well, I was glad that I hired him and my case was dismissed and none of the other attorneys mentioned the valor act to me, which is what helped me to get my case dismissed.

Invest in your freedom and he will pay you back

As a former client, I am very satisfied. He is a real Professional, he beat my DUI like Mike Tyson in his prime. If your looking for the best you have found him, extremely patient man when it comes to payment(s), miracle worker, and very good connections in the court system. I have to add, I just picked any random DUI lawyer out of panic, when the incident first happened, not knowing he is the best DUI lawyer in Massachusetts.Also, I thought my license and my life was over but he saved it.
