truly one of a kind!

Honestly, I cannot write a review that can come close to or equate to the level of greatness that Michael Haber has attained. I am truly grateful for the second chance at life my family and I have received as a result of hiring Mr. Haber. As most people know, there is a vast sea of attorneys and find...ing a great one is like finding a needle in a haystack. From the moment I called him and HE personally answered, to when we met for the first time, he exuberated this confidence and knowledge that someone can only aspire to achieve. Going into any legal process is normally very unsettling and a litany of what if's usually consumes your mind but within the first five minutes of speaking to Mr. Haber face to face, I was put at ease as he reviewed our case and focused solely on the facts. How he speaks is very straightforward and unequivocal, he doesn't sit there with you and use the usual attorney jargon. He elucidated the whole process and walked us through the steps that were necessary to understand in dealing with the court system. He was very thorough, and once in a while paused briefly to make sure we weren't overwhelmed or had any inquires of any kind. Once all was said and done, he told us we could reach him at his number at anytime if we were to come across any concerns that we would like to discuss. After our meeting we were exceedingly confident that we had hired an astounding attorney and we were correct. We never had any doubts or felt as if our case wasn't properly evaluated. Fast forward to our actual court date, where Mr. Haber came out the gate with this need and desire to attain the most favorable decision regarding my case. He argued my case with such precision and vigor that anyone in that courtroom stopped to listen to what he had to say. Needless to say, my case was dismissed. Imagine our astonishment, as these very well could of been life altering charges. It was over in a blink of an eye and we couldn't be any more content with the outcome. From start to finish Mr. Haber was attentive, accessible and understanding. Like I previously stated, there is an abundance of attorneys out there, but Mr. Haber is unparalleled in his field, in view of his expertise and comprehension of the court system and legal proceedings. He is extremely educated in vast areas of law and pays it forward by sharing his knowledge with anyone who is willing to watch and listen on YouTube and Facebook. It has been 7 years since my case has closed, and I have achieved many levels of success that I wouldn't have been able to reach, if it wasn't for Mr. Haber. They are so echoing in my mind that I am almost ("almost") speechless. Apart from offering you my heartfelt gratitude the thing that I most want to say to you is that your review has filled me with joy, pride and hope (as while most folks whom I represent enjoy their lives after it is precious few who get to the place where you are now from where you were when we first met). In order to give the folks who read this some context, this review was me hearing from a client who, when we first met, was at rock bottom and who, years later, has managed to build a fantastic life. My son is a college student who was in Miami over the summer. He had never been in any trouble with the law before and so his mother and I were shocked and saddened when we found out that he had been arrested. Without any connections or experience I turned to the internet for information. I search...ed, researched and I ultimately communicated with several Miami lawyers. I chose to retain Mike Haber to represent my son and in hindsight I know that I made the right decision. Mike thoroughly explained the situation, the possibilities and the probabilities to us, he helped us to decide on a strategy that made sense and then he proceeded to effectuate his plan precisely as he had outlined. Dear Anonymous Parent, Thank you for taking the time to author and share your experience with the folks in the form of #HaberPA's 207th Client Review on AVVO. This review is so succinct and well written that it's actually challenging for me to add anything relevant, but, I am a lawyer and so I will try. :-) When one encounters something by chance that seems like it was meant to be, then it could be "kismet", or destiny, and so it was in this instance. There are a lot of criminal defense lawyers in the Miami area, some are excellent and others are far worse than old-time snake oil salesmen (especially those which pay big bucks to advertise flashy websites claiming amazing skills for what are in reality nothing more - and usually less than - mediocre quality attorneys who must cover their monthly marketing budget). #HaberPA does not pay to advertise on the internet so if one does an unspecific Google search for local criminal lawyers then one will have to scroll through a large school of paid ballyhoo before getting to #HaberPA; but, if and when you do locate us then what you will find is a boutique law firm which not only competently handles our limited caseload but which takes the greatest of pride in it's customer service. In 2021 #HaberPA will enter it's 30th year of exclusively criminal defense and related litigation practice and in hindsight here are three (3) observations from it's sometimes humble proprietor: 1) Over the course of those three (3) decades #HaberPA has an unblemished and time proven record with no history whatsoever of any form of professional discipline; 2) We have consistently strived to develop, grow, learn and to amplify our services, both as courtroom litigators and in regard to being an active partner to our clientele; and 3) We are entirely committed to being the most candid, frank, open, honest, sincere, trustworthy, diligent, responsible and accountable attorneys with whom anyone will ever work. My experience

My experience with Mr. Harber was smooth and clear to the point. He was clear always when explaining things to me and if I did not understand he would explain things to me as many times I needed to have things cleared. Mike was recommended to me by my boss . It was late and my daughter encountered an unforeseen situation where she was falsely accused and arrested . Mike responded immediately provided comfort , he listened without judgment and explained all the options that were available . He reassured me that all ...would be well . The next day he zoomed in and represented us due to COVID . He is easy to reach responds promptly and gets straight to the point .

Noting that all criminal cases are serious, thankfully your daughter's case was (in the grand scheme of the criminal justice system) a relatively insignificant one and so in her case it was easy and honest to provide entirely genuine and earnest assurance and comfort (as opposed to other more complicated and formidable cases where such assurance and comfort may not be quite as heartfelt...). No Probation

After I finished 1 of my 2 years of probation I asked my PO about early terminating but she told me that if I wanted to get off probation then the the Judge had to be the one to do it and she suggested that I call a lawyer. I found Mike Haber and talked to him about filing the motion. Mike said he'...d be happy to help, explained the process and charged me a fair fee but the best part is that it took less than a week from the time that we first spoke until I actually had the signed court order in my hand! Now I'm off probation and I couldn't be happier. Mr. Haber not only told me how it is but he also did what he said. I wish all lawyers were like that. Thanks Mike.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for authoring #HaberPA's 202nd Client Review on AVVO! I am grateful for your kind words and have a few observations to make about about your situation. 1) You are lucky that your PO gave you solid advise. Many a probationer asks their PO legal questions (e.g. seeking early termination, converting or avoiding community service hours, permission to move or travel) without realizing that POs have two basic responsibilities, to wit: to supervise and to violate. There are precious few POs who step outside of that box and offer advise, much less are willing to actually "help". While on probation you should remember that your PO is the boss of you but your Judge is boss of your PO and so when you want something modified or terminated then the person you should turn to is your lawyer (who, if it is #HaberPA, is always there to help you to accomplish your lawful objective). 2) Right now, during Covid, Courts - criminal court anyhow - are basically closed with only emergency and the must fundamental of matters being addressed. Still, with the right facts and circumstances, even during a pandemic skilled and experienced counsel (again such as #HaberPA, which has just under 30 years of criminal defense litigation experience) can get things accomplished. 3) Maintaining records is clutch, and because you had your sentencing documents handy and were able to put me in touch with your PO you armed me with the tools that I needed to get the job done. 4) From your initial consultation with me (a telephone call which was followed by a FaceTime discussion and several emails during the course of one afternoon) until the time that we received a signed Court Order successfully early terminating your probation, precisely one week had passed, but three of those days were me waiting to receive a response to any of my repeated telephone messages and emails to your PO and two of those days were a Saturday and a Sunday. So, in reality, it took less than 48 hours for me to locate and reach the correct Assistant State Attorney, to provide them with proof positive of your eligibility for early termination, to secure the government's permission (in writing) to submit an Agreed Order, to prepare the appropriate paperwork, to transmit it to the Judge and in turn to receive the executed, filed and clock-in Court Order. And that is precisely how #HaberPA works... clean, efficient and, as you indicated, for "a fair fee". Congratulations on regaining your freedom.
