Like most people that break the law one way or the other we feel like we should be able to walk clean from our offense. However, its never that simple, thats why we hire an attorney. Where I am getting at, is that Michael Haber won't give you any BS. He will make it very clear and straight to the po...int on what he can possibly do for your as your attorney considering your circumstances, as mine and everyone elses are different. He made me 1 promise and followed through with it, which was he was going to do his best to keep me from serving jail time. And he followed through with it. I did not serve any jail time. Yes i had several other punishments which included statutory penalties like probation and community hours, ect. But he never promised me that I wouldnt receive those punishments. He was always straight to the point, and sometimes we dont like to hear the truth but he will not make you any false promises. In 7 months i only had to appear in court 2 times. He was always available (respectively) to answer my calls and answer any questions or doubts i may have had. Remember he didnt break the law , he is the one protecting you from the harsh punishments the law serves. I highly recommend Michael Haber as an attorney.

Can’t say it with enough words on how thankful I am with Attorneys Mike Haber and Marc Morris. I was with the wrong people, at the wrong location, during the wrong time. Everything happened so fast; I ended up in the slammer with charges which could have left me behind bars for about 40 years. I ...knew the only way to prove my innocents and show I have nothing to do with the operation; I had to hire an over the top, above average, bulldog lawyer. I hesitated to call anyone. I knew of lawyers that advertise everywhere, but I was concerned as to hire any lawyer who would want to charge me up endlessly and might not have the experience to duly represent me against a setup which I had not been involved. I started googling legal terminology, and I saw a series of results from this website avvo.com and a couple of these results were answers to questions by Attorney Mike Haber. I was skeptical of both the website and the attorney. I did further research and found the validity of the website, and that Mr. Haber is licensed by the Florida Bar. It helped greatly to see Attorney Haber has much social media presence with numerous YouTube videos, which are very informative. I then felt assured this is the real deal and decided to call up Mike. Mike runs a lean law practice, and therefore there are no runarounds through a receptionist or paralegal. He answers his cell phone, and when he doesn’t, it is because he is in court. Well, going back to the storyline, I called Mike, and from the initial call I was very much impressed how articulated, and knowledgeable this guy is on the matter. Over the phone, he sounded like a tough guy (which was what I was looking for). In person, boy you better be careful not to get a bite. As long, as you are on his side or at least not against him, you will be fine. In the initial call, he mentioned about bringing another lawyer on board, Attorney Marc Morris. Marc has an extensive background as he was a prosecutor. Two amazing lawyers equal much ammunition for the battle to show my innocence against the mammoth which wanted to drag me down. This review is getting longer than expected, well to rush to the conclusion. I was released with no bail set with a ROR; the case still was pending because the prosecution did not want to budge to drop the charges, and right before the start of the speedy trial (which my attorneys requested), the attorneys endlessly dropped motions onto the prosecution. On the morning of the trial, the prosecution threw the towel, and the case was dismissed. Here are some tips: these lawyers are not going to hold your hand, nor babysit you. They are actively defending your best interest and getting things done. Therefore, do not get in their way, and let them do their job. Remember they have a lean law practice, which in turn saves you much money.

One drunken night in Miami set me on a collision course with it’s criminal courts and threatened to undo me as a whole. I’d found myself in jail and facing very serious assault charges on a police officer. Needless to say, the outlook was grim at best. My priors from 20 years ago were definitely not ...helping. To be honest, I was scared, alone and facing serious time. My public defender’s performance only served to put me further in the courts hole. I had to do something. Just 8 month ago this would of been way too embarrassing for me to admit but looking back I have to be completely honest about what happened I was arrested on 4th DUI. My third DUI happened less than 5 years earlier and I was still enrolled in a DMV program trying to earn back my drivers lisence at t...ime after bonding out of jail I called a police officer friend of mine and he told me that I needed to call Mike Haber. I did and mike met me the same day he ask me a lot of questions. He was patient and thorough and he listened,but then he shocked me with my reality I didn’t want to believe how much trouble I was in - mostly because I was in denial - and honestly in that moment I was not thrilled with what mike told me he said that I had an alcohol problem that I probably had underlying mental health issues and no matter what I definitely had a going to prison problem but mike also assured me that everything was manageable if I followed his plan mike told me that unless I got lucky with some screw up by the police then my only shot at avoiding jail was to agree to spend 90 days in an inpatient substance abuse program he explained that this wasn’t only a strategic for court but that if I took it seriously then it could also save my life. Again honestly looking back on that conversation I was far from thrilled but then again I was also in denial so I went home talked to my wife and my police officer friend and realized a few things I had 3 different lawyers represent me on my other DUIs but not one of them thought or talked like mike none of them even considered my life outside of court and none of them was referred to me by a cop so I called mike back and agreed to go check out the facility that he had recommended long story short I spend 90 days in rehab then another 45 in an intensive outpatient program I am- to this day - in follow up treatment and mike was 100% correct not only did he kept me out of jail but he also put me in the right place to understand the reasons for my alcohol addiction and how to maintain my sobriety in the end mike was right about everything whenever I called him he always told me to stay focused on my sobriety and treatment and to let him worry about court it took me 8 month but my case is closed I am not in jail and sober mike performed and I can’t thank him enough if you need a criminal lawyer and want one who you can trust then don’t hesitate to call Mike Haber!
