Michael Adam Haber

I have had the privilege of having Michael Haber as my attorney in a civil case brought against me. Although Mr. Haber primarily practices criminal defense law, he was kind enough to represent me. Mr. Haber is very organized and kept me up to date with everything going on. He is extremely knowledge...able and made sure I always understood what was going on. When I had my incident with the Police, I really imagined it was all going to be down hill from there. I was arrested by a rookie police who knocked on my window while I was parked and thought I was a vagrant. After blowing 0.00 and still being arrested, I had to deal with an officer who spent the ni...ght apologizing for his actions, and a 24 hour stint in Miami-Dade Lockup. I was an anxious mess during this time, and Michael was always able to answer my multitude of questions and calm me down over issues that were out of my hands. Post trial and now with his efforts to get my record expunged, everything is going really well for me. And it would be remiss of me not to mention that everything was completed in less time than Mike estimated, which was great to get the burden off my back.

Within a few weeks the case was dismissed and my wife was free. I am so grateful for Mike's wisdom and support and guidance. He also referred us to an immigration lawyer to help us with our citizenship and is going to help my wife expunge this case. I was faced with two cases; a misdemeanor and a felony about two weeks apart. After being stuck and not sure of what the next step was after facing these issues, a mutual friend introduced us to Mr. Haber to fix my problems. He didn’t fight just two cases, but he even took up my case which was involved with my academic life. I was given a seat back and was able to continue my academic life after fulfilling a few terms which were livable. When I say this attorney is the Batman of Lawyers, I am not exaggerating. He was even open to speaking to my immediate family members (under my permission of course) and kept them in the loop as I desired.
