One drunken night in Miami set me on a collision course with it’s criminal courts and threatened to undo me as a whole. I’d found myself in jail and facing very serious assault charges on a police officer. Needless to say, the outlook was grim at best. My priors from 20 years ago were definitely not ...helping. To be honest, I was scared, alone and facing serious time. My public defender’s performance only served to put me further in the courts hole. I had to do something. Just 8 month ago this would of been way too embarrassing for me to admit but looking back I have to be completely honest about what happened I was arrested on 4th DUI. My third DUI happened less than 5 years earlier and I was still enrolled in a DMV program trying to earn back my drivers lisence at t...ime after bonding out of jail I called a police officer friend of mine and he told me that I needed to call Mike Haber. Again honestly looking back on that conversation I was far from thrilled but then again I was also in denial so I went home talked to my wife and my police officer friend and realized a few things I had 3 different lawyers represent me on my other DUIs but not one of them thought or talked like mike none of them even considered my life outside of court and none of them was referred to me by a cop so I called mike back and agreed to go check out the facility that he had recommended long story short I spend 90 days in rehab then another 45 in an intensive outpatient program I am- to this day - in follow up treatment and mike was 100% correct not only did he kept me out of jail but he also put me in the right place to understand the reasons for my alcohol addiction and how to maintain my sobriety in the end mike was right about everything whenever I called him he always told me to stay focused on my sobriety and treatment and to let him worry about court it took me 8 month but my case is closed I am not in jail and sober mike performed and I can’t thank him enough if you need a criminal lawyer and want one who you can trust then don’t hesitate to call Mike Haber!

In the midst of what, for our family was a truly troubling time, I hired Michael to represent my sister to fight a serious felony charge, that if convicted would impact her life forever, specifically diminish her relationship with her 8 month old baby because of jail time and end her career that she ...has worked so hard for. While on vacation in Miami, I was arrested and charged with a felony battery over a dispute with my soon to be ex wife. Not knowing anyone in Miami I started looking for an attorney and hired one.
