Mike was recommended to me by my boss . It was late and my daughter encountered an unforeseen situation where she was falsely accused and arrested . Mike responded immediately provided comfort , he listened without judgment and explained all the options that were available . He reassured me that all ...would be well . The next day he zoomed in and represented us due to COVID . He is easy to reach responds promptly and gets straight to the point .

Noting that all criminal cases are serious, thankfully your daughter's case was (in the grand scheme of the criminal justice system) a relatively insignificant one and so in her case it was easy and honest to provide entirely genuine and earnest assurance and comfort (as opposed to other more complicated and formidable cases where such assurance and comfort may not be quite as heartfelt...). Mike and his team helped me get out of a difficult time

When I had my incident with the Police, I really imagined it was all going to be down hill from there. I was arrested by a rookie police who knocked on my window while I was parked and thought I was a vagrant. After blowing 0.00 and still being arrested, I had to deal with an officer who spent the ni...ght apologizing for his actions, and a 24 hour stint in Miami-Dade Lockup. I was an anxious mess during this time, and Michael was always able to answer my multitude of questions and calm me down over issues that were out of my hands. Post trial and now with his efforts to get my record expunged, everything is going really well for me. And it would be remiss of me not to mention that everything was completed in less time than Mike estimated, which was great to get the burden off my back.

BUT (caps intentional) #HaberPA can (and will) address (and seek redress for) any improprieties which may have occurred before we became involved, ensure that you are treated fairly from that point in time and forward, and then move Heaven and Earth to vindicate you (by beating or mitigating your case) and restore your good name (in some cases, like yours, by expunging the matter from all publicly accessible records). #HaberPA has had many "taglines" over the years (e.g. "from traffic to trafficking", "it's all about reasonable doubt", "UPx2" [lawyer-up and shut-up], etc) but as veteran criminal defense counsel (with 28+ years of criminal defense experience) we also provide a de facto public service by "schooling rookie cops [and prosecutors]", leaving them with proverbial Ph.D.s at the conclusion of a case (and thereby, hopefully, helping them to be better at their respective jobs). You chose not to disclose anything about the nature and circumstances of the case, I absolutely respect your decision to have done so and as such I will restrict my reply to your observations about the "boutique" nature of #HaberPA's professional services (which is something that I take great personal pride in providing). Rather than requiring you (or other prospective clients) to coordinate your family to get together, battle South Florida traffic, trek to an office building, suffer parking hassles and incur all of the dreadful side-effects of securing a comprehensive and meaningful legal consultation, like an old-world doctor I am happy to make a house-call (i.e. to come to you, at you convenience) and engage in an extensive and thorough discussion the facts and circumstances of the case in an environment which is as comfortable and convenient to you as is possible. Once we have both completed our discussion (no matter how long it may take to do so) and reached a litigation objective (i.e. a foreseeable and reasonably achievable goal in the case) I will ooze confidence, maintain unwavering support, tenaciously work toward realizing our end game and continuously provide updates and information in real time (or, as you so aptly said I will engage in "hard work, dedication, professionalism and honesty"). Just 8 month ago this would of been way too embarrassing for me to admit but looking back I have to be completely honest about what happened I was arrested on 4th DUI. My third DUI happened less than 5 years earlier and I was still enrolled in a DMV program trying to earn back my drivers lisence at t...ime after bonding out of jail I called a police officer friend of mine and he told me that I needed to call Mike Haber. I did and mike met me the same day he ask me a lot of questions. He was patient and thorough and he listened,but then he shocked me with my reality I didn’t want to believe how much trouble I was in - mostly because I was in denial - and honestly in that moment I was not thrilled with what mike told me he said that I had an alcohol problem that I probably had underlying mental health issues and no matter what I definitely had a going to prison problem but mike also assured me that everything was manageable if I followed his plan mike told me that unless I got lucky with some screw up by the police then my only shot at avoiding jail was to agree to spend 90 days in an inpatient substance abuse program he explained that this wasn’t only a strategic for court but that if I took it seriously then it could also save my life. Again honestly looking back on that conversation I was far from thrilled but then again I was also in denial so I went home talked to my wife and my police officer friend and realized a few things I had 3 different lawyers represent me on my other DUIs but not one of them thought or talked like mike none of them even considered my life outside of court and none of them was referred to me by a cop so I called mike back and agreed to go check out the facility that he had recommended long story short I spend 90 days in rehab then another 45 in an intensive outpatient program I am- to this day - in follow up treatment and mike was 100% correct not only did he kept me out of jail but he also put me in the right place to understand the reasons for my alcohol addiction and how to maintain my sobriety in the end mike was right about everything whenever I called him he always told me to stay focused on my sobriety and treatment and to let him worry about court it took me 8 month but my case is closed I am not in jail and sober mike performed and I can’t thank him enough if you need a criminal lawyer and want one who you can trust then don’t hesitate to call Mike Haber!

It is obvious that you gained incredible insight, understanding and an appreciation for your situation, and it is equally apparent (as well as most appreciated) that you've given me credit for both having steered you in the right direction and considered your legal and personal needs. As a lawyer I'm ethically bound to perform several functions (see Chapter 4 of the Rules regulating the Florida Bar, specifically Professional Conduct), namely serving as an "adviser, advocate, negotiator and evaluator", and this is what i did in your case. I took a global view, put together a plan and (at times struggled to have) kept you focused on the only objective of consequence, to wit: keeping you out of jail / prison. It wasn't just the facility that I chose for you (a dual diagnosis facility specifically structured to deal with both substance abuse and mental health issues) or even the private forensic psychologist whom we employed (and who's significance cannot be understated) or even my knowledge and negotiating skills, but, most importantly, it was your own provable, steadfast and unwaivering commitment to amenable and meaningful participation in all aspects of your treatment protocol (over an extended period of time) that carried the day... so props and kudos to you, because in the end it was you who kept yourself out of a cage.
