While traveling back to Arkansas from the Keys I was stopped by the Miccosukee tribal police and charged with reckless driving, a CRIMINAL traffic offense requiring a court appearance in Miami-Dade county. I was charged with two felonies of grand theft and uttering a forged instrument in Dade County and interviewed several attorneys to take my case.
