Highly recommend mr fisher
Live in New York got a dwi in Virginia. Read the positive reviews on Jonathan and hired him. He was very professional and thorough. He even gave me his cell to call anytime and always returned my text messages. We took my case to trial and was found not guilty. I highly recommend Jonathan.

Replied last June 01, 2018I was so happy to help this young Hokie get his DUI dismissed. He deserved a break. This case was a prime example of why I just keep pushing cases and don't quit. We just kept going, and ultimately it was dismissed on an issue I didn't even anticipate. If we had pled guilty, that opportunity wouldn't have arisen.

DUI / reckless driving
I was charged with DUI. I was in a parked vehicle with dead battery at the time of incident. Mr Fisher representated me and successfully got my charges reduced to reckless driving. My experience with him and his firm was nothing but positive. I do think he needs to communicate better with his clients...
