Amazing Job

Excellent Results (1st DUI/No Blow)
Mr. Korner got me through a very tough situation. I was pulled over for speeding and ended up with my first DUI in the infamous Town & Country area. I did not blow. Statutory Sodomy Dismissed
Client chose to fight the case and after a thorough investigation, Mr. Korner was able to show the witness was lying and the police investigation lacked credibility. All charges were dismissed prior to trial.
Felony DWI
Mr. Korner conducted depositions of the police officers involved, and based on the results of those depositions the prosecuting attorney amended the charge to a misdemeanor. Driver paid a fine and did not spend one day in jail or on probation.
Felony DWI, Resisting Arrest, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon
After filing and arguing several pretrial motions, Mr. Korner convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the felony DWI and the weapons charge. The resisting arrest was reduced to a misdemeanor.
