I'm not usually one to leave such a public opinion about someone online, but in this case, I think Mr. Fisher has definitely earned this review. When I hired Mr. Fisher I made it very clear that I have a lot of anxiety and was nervous about the reckless driving charge that was brought against me. I m...ade it known that I only wanted him to represent me. He took time to answer every text message, return every phone call, and even blocked out time for me to meet with him at his office. He assured me that he would take care of this charge. He was well respected by everyone in the courtroom; researched law to help fight this case. However, in the end I was convicted with reckless driving, but he immediately told me not to give up. He continued to stay in touch which really helped reduce my anxiety. Mr. Fisher didn't waste any time researching case law for an appeal. He never gave up on my case. The day before my appeal he was several hours away with another case, but traveled back for my appeal... and drove several hours back for his other case after my appeal. He could have just sent someone else from his office, but he didn't. I respect that he showed up and was able to negotiate a plea deal for me. He always did what he said he would do. It's true that we had to overcome some obstacles along the way, but he was truly the best lawyer for me. I am blessed to have hired Mr. Fisher to represent me. He is the reason I was able to get my reckless driving conviction down to an improper driving and a mere $200 fine. His services were not cheap, but he did allow for a payment plan. & I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. I got a speeding ticket for going 79 in a 55. I hired Mr. Fisher for $300 and in the end he got the charge reduced to a equipment malfunction (a non-moving violation.) The fine + court costs were about the same as the speeding ticket but there are no points. I had a couple of problems/conserns wit...h this law firm: - This is a high volume operation. You should only expect to speak with Mr. Fisher during your initial consultation. - In my case there were a paperwork problems and I was found “guilty in absentia” because Mr. Fisher didn’t show up on my court date. Apparently the court didn’t know that I had hired an attorney (this might have been the court’s fault.) Mr. Fisher had to file a motion to re-open my case. Thankfully I had pre-paid my ticket or else my licence would have been suspended. - I called asking questions about my case and all I ever talked to was an answering service. I never was able to reach Mr. Fisher after the initial consultation. No phone calls where ever returned despite promises from the answering service. - Mr. Fisher had other cases to attend to in different courts to so he filed motions to move my trial back several times. My case wasn’t heard until two months after the initial court date. In the end I was able to maintain a clean driving record but I’m not sure if it was worth the hassle.
